323 came to install a data cable drop in my home office. The technician arrived early for the appointment and go right to work. He investigated the issue and then gave more than one possible solution, explaining each clearly in a way that I could easily understand. David was professional and courteous during the appointment. Very pleased with his service and 323 Technologies. Would definitely recommend without hesitation! The next time we need a service of this nature, we will be calling 323!

David was determined to find the problem with our Outlook tool...imap.aol. We weren’t able to get our email. He persevered and finally discovered what was happening and fix the problem. I won't get into the details except to say I was social engineered by some very clever people to believe I had been hacked, they were from Apple and were trying to help me. I let them into my computer. When I called a day later for help to see if they had left me any bad surprises, 323 Technologies sent David over immediately, he spent about two hours with my computer, clearing it of "stuff". It now works faster, better and I've had no problems with any sort of worm or virus. 323 Tech is great. They are my go to computer company from now on. Oh yeah, they were very affordable also. I couldn't believe how little they charged, though I appreciated it since I am a disabled vet on a fixed income.

I am working from home and needed wifi set up in my office which isn’t located within my house. David came out to my house and gave me a free quote and then discussed all my options with me. Then within a couple of days he installed the new wifi and it works perfectly. This is a very honest company. David told me that the installation didn’t take as long as he thought it would so he reduced the price I was estimated. I highly recommend this company. Very nice people and very professional and honest.
