30-A Inn & Suites - Hotel in Santa Rosa Beach - 64 Topsail Village Dr, USA

What a great experience! The Roman was very clean, the staff was excellent, polite and available. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but you find a fridge in the room and a microwave in case you want to buy food. The fridge has also a mini freezer. The location is very good. You are close to many beautiful beaches, and around 15 minutes from downtown. 5 minutes away there is a Walmart Supercenter in case you need some groceries. There are many walking trails where you can either walk or ride a bike, if you don’t feel like driving.

Positive: It was very nice & well decorated & kept up. The location was very good. It was about a mile+ to several public beach accesses. Negative: We were outside of peak season, so we were able to find parking at the public beach accesses. However, that would be much more challenging in peak season. Don't know if all rooms are like this, but the air conditioner blew directly down on the beds=co Negative: ""

Stayed 2 nights, was very surprised how nice it was for the price! (Granted it is off season, but still.) Felt like a nice apartment vs a hotel room. The room I reserved ended up having a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. Overall, was a great experience!

Clean and comfortable. All of the necessities are provided. Easy to communicate needs through text. Plenty of room for two people, could have a third with the pull out sofa sleeper. Third floor unit had a balcony, but not much of a view. Topsail Park and Beach Access is within biking distance or a quick car ride. You could actually walk, but wouldn’t want to carry much. Umbrella and chair service is available at most all of the public beaches and parks. I would stay again, it’s right off 30A, but not in the really busy areas so it is quiet. As mentioned, the room was well equipped, and the property has a pool. We kept thinking people were barbecuing because, but it’s the barbecue restaurant across the street. Overall, a good choice for Santa Rosa Beach if you don’t mind the short distance to the beach. It’s a clean and tidy property!

Great place to stay that doesn't have ridiculous condo/cleaning fees. Rooms are spacious, up to date, and very clean. Can't say enough good things about the facility. It is right on 30A with 20 plus miles of bike path right at your front door.

This is not your average hotel room... This is an appartment suite! In unit laundry, full size fridge, dishwasher, oven/range full sized master bedroom with on suite bath and large living room and kitchen. Very high end furniture and decorations. This is the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed at!

This place is amazing! Friendly staff...great location...quiet and clean! Away from the noise and crowds but still close enough to all the restaurants, stores and short drive to the beaches. We had the king suite with full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer and balcony. There are no children under 12 allowed so this made our stay even more relaxing. We also had the pool pretty much to ourselves most of the stay. We will definitely be back in the future!

I really enjoyed my stay at the 30A inn and suites. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with check-in but they were able to help us in no time. Our room was clean and we felt safe our entire trip. The location was great as well, not too far from beach access areas and stores. It was also not far from Destin but less crowded. The pool was nice. I liked the instruction/information sheet provided to us at checkin. It was a handy way to know common things that came up. I would stay here again.
