We ate here for the first time, and it was excellent. The atmosphere is very festive and comfortable. The place is clean. Service was excellent, friendly, and fast. Chips were so fresh and warm. The food was great!! Portions are very fulfilling!! Lots of menu selections. They have a bar. Kid friendly.
UPDATE: They have definitely improved over time. Food & service have both improved greatly since my original review. We now go there at least once a month. ORIGINAL POST: Went there the first Saturday they were open, very hot inside. AC wasn't working. Drinks were very strong 🙂, but lacked flavor ☹. Food was okay, average, but plentiful. Had to wait a little while to be served since it was a Saturday. Son noticed a lot of flies inside. Will definitely try again once they get the AC fixed. Hoping things will improve and they will stick around for a while.

Had lunch today here and the food, portions, price and service were super excellent, can't say enough good about them. If you aren't or don't get your money's or belly's worth here, I don't know what to tell you. HIGHLY recommended, and thank you 3 Agaves for a wonderful experience!
Had a wonderful meal with mom. Margaritas were excellent. Our waiter, Augustine, was friendly and attentive. The meals were very enjoyable. The only reason I didn't give it a five star was due to how hot it was in there. However I was seated next to the outside patio door.

This is one of my new fav brunch spots! The veggies and fruit are fresh. The staff is great. I also love all the natural light coming into the restaurant. The food is reasonably priced. They also have many takes of lattes to choose from.
