3.99 Pizza Co - Pizza restaurant in West Covina - 1931 W Badillo St, USA

I’m from Pennsylvania and I’m here visiting my brother and just wanted some pizza! We came here and I’m glad we did! The service along with the food was amazing! The guys were very accommodating! Can’t wait to come back next time we visit!

Order a pizza with extra sauce and as you can see in the picture it's flat like it got ran over. Hardly has any cheese where it's damn near see through to see bread . Dry as hell no sauce. I even called and asked to talk to manager to let them know but made excuses and didn't care to fix it. I payed 20 dollars for a pizza that look like cardboard smh to all you customers if I were you don't waste your time or money on this sorry @$$ place💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

Went here to pick up some food that I ordered through a third party and the order was completely wrong. They gave me a substitute order because they ran out of traditional wings without consulting me. When I inquired about a refund they told me they couldn’t refund me. After clearly being frustrated about the situation a guy here proceeded calling me racial epithets. This customer service was extremely horrible and by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If you are a person of color I would advise against spending another dollar at this establishment. Luckily I was able to get a refund through a bank dispute because they refused to refund my order. 0/10 service

Place is not multi cultural friendly. Very rude and arrogant to be selling the dog food it serves to its customers. Will be reporting to the BBB. Notice all the positive comments are from one group of people. The wings are pretty good but customer service depends on skin color.

Horrible customer service/ unwelcoming environment. No one greeted me when I arrived. It wasn’t busy, so I was Surprised. It was my first time there and was asking a few questions about the menu, the man behind the counter started huffing and puffing, rolling his eyes, as if I was bothering him. When I asked if someone else could assist me he said NO rudely. I had a long day at work and wanted to get home to the kids so I ended up ordering. I would never visit this establishment again.

Good pizza and wings. The guys working there were super friendly, the women could have been a little nicer but they probably deal with drunks all day lol. My kids loved the wedges too it's always good eats here.

Ordered one thing and got a completely different item and was basically told to “take what we give you”. Refuse to give refund and was extremely rude about it while making insulting racial remarks. Never again, CLASSLESS and give family owned businesses a bad rep!!!!!

3.99 pizza Co is pretty good. The all meats pizza is tasty. They have huge pizza's that feed a grip of peps. My only gripe is that they cut it into squares instead of slices. Otherwise, it's pretty solid.
