My fiancé and I have loved living at 29 North for a couple years now. The management is always so responsive and helpful. We especially love the dog community and the friends we have made because of it. We would recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment!

Great pet friendly community! Affordable for a one bedroom apartment and well laid out floor plans. When I moved here, I was hardcore set on renting a house, but on a whim I stopped by and toured the property. After living here for 1.5 yrs, I'm so glad I chose to live here. Personable staff, snappy maintenance (same day!!), tries to maintain the rules to give all residents a pleasant environment to live, and they listen to suggestions! Its amazing to know that when our maintenance guy comes over to fix something my pup will be greeted by a friend, not just staff. The new fire pit and grilling area is so fun to use in the colder months and I'm sure will be even more fun when the weather warms up and pool time comes around again!

Unless something happens where they raise our rent a ridiculous amount, I plan to rent here until I buy a house. It is quiet, clean, safe, and fairly priced. The location is great as well.

We moved to 29 North in August of 2018. I, personally, was absolutely delighted as we toured the property, prior to our transition from our previous apartment complex. Thus far, I am pleased to say that 29 North has exceeded far beyond what we had ever expected. The office staff is always available and extremely prompt, professional and friendly even on the busiest of days. Maintenance always greets us with a smile and is extremely prompt in addressing anything I may have concerns with, as well as any questions I may have. The property is consistently maintained and very well kept with several convenient doggy stations as well as a super convenient doggy park for playing and socializing with other residents and there four legged friends!!

I have been living at 29 North for over a year and am very happy with it. The buildings and grounds are always clean and well maintained. The amenities are great (pool, gym, fire pit, dog play area, etc.). The people are all friendly. The location perfectly balances quiet living with close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The maintenance staff are prompt and helpful. And Zach, the manager, is always both friendly and willing to help with anything as needed. I would summarize my thoughts on 29 North this way: I wish I had moved here sooner.

I lived here for five years and I fell in love with my apartment at first sight. I enjoyed living in this spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a great layout, a huge balcony, and a great view if the pool. A very calm and pleasant place to live! The amenities are great! Having a pool, gym and dog park within the complex is awesome ( very pet friendly). Also, a beautiful club house, firepit, and BBQ and picnic area. The parking is first come first serve but I never had a problem with parking here. The complex is in walking distance to a variety of stores, great restaurants, entertainment, close to Hwy 321 and I40, minutes away from downtown. Zack, the property manager, is super nice and always very friendly and responsive, thank you !! Maintenance keeps the grounds and the salt water pool very clean and is very receptive for anything that goes wrong in the apartment, things usually get fixed same day. I miss living in this beautiful place already!

My husband and I have lived at 29 North for almost two years now and we’ve loved every minute of it. The price is very reasonable for a one bedroom with all of the amenities such as the awesome fire pit and pool! 29 North is dog friendly and our two pups love the little dog park and meeting all of the neighbor pups. We truly hate to be leaving soon, but hands down the best place to live in Hickory. Zach is great and he even helped carry dog food out of my car!

My husband and I were downsizing homes and chose 29 North Apartments for the transition. Our experience was very positive. Zach (manager) and Ricky (maintenance) were both always very professional and responsive. The grounds and complex were always well kept. Based on our experience, we highly recommend this apartment complex.
