2501 Beacon Hill - Apartment complex in Kansas City - 2501 Troost Ave, USA

I have lived here for almost two years and would highly recommend it to anyone in the Kc area. It's a great area with super close access to downtown. The apartment and amenities are very modern and sleek. The office managers and maintenance are very quick and responsive. The amenities have to be the greatest perk. From the rooftop pool and deck to the gym, everything is super picturesque. Fun resident events happen monthly and having valet trash is convenient. A great neighborhood to take walks in when it's warmer. Highly recons! Perk: Vested Coffee in the lobby

I love everything about living at 2501 Beacon Hill. I've never lived in a place with a team that cares this much about me and my living space. Gavin in the main office was so helpful during my move and did everything she could to make my move-in quick and efficient. The rest of the team has been so welcoming as well. I've had a few maintenance issues come up since living here and I'm absolutely amazed at how quickly any of these issues are resolved. No matter how big or small the problem is. Byron and Keegan go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I have never lived in an apartment complex where I didn't have to worry about taking care of maintenance in my unit. Thankful to have such incredible people to rely on. Thanks for making my apartment life pretty sweet, Beacon Hill team! You all are awesome.

2501 Beacon Hill has been amazing. From day one since I moved in almost two years ago, I have had no issues. Even if I had a little or minor question about something they always respond in a timely manner and are always so polite and nice! Maintenance has also been such a gem, they are always there to fix anything and are very helpful! This apartment has been my cozy little home and it’s been perfect! It’s also so pet friendly and convenient! 2501 truly cares about their residents!

I have lived at 2501 Beacon Hills since the apartment complex opened! I remember the day I spoke with Natalie over the phone, she was so bubbly and sweet. We communicated over email/phone until my fiancé was able to tour the first building. We fell in love with the complex, amenities and neighborhood. Everyone at the leasing office is just wonderful! The maintenance staff is great as well! Their turn around for work orders is literally same day! I love all the amenities the complex provides for their residents. They even do resident events!!! If your thinking of touring, you definitely should!!!!

My husband and I moved into our apartment at Beacon Hill last July. We have been so impressed with how responsive and kind the staff is. If we ever need maintenance to fix something, they are there within a day resolving the issue. The custodial staff is incredible too! The conference room is great for studying, the gym is in great condition, and the pool is nice in the summer.

Parking lot is always packed and it’s hard to find parking spots for non-compact vehicles. I didn’t have a problem with this until I got 9x4 sticker tickets on my driver’s window(which obstructed my view) for parking over the line. I looked up how to remove the sticker and they are intended to be difficult to remove. I’m disappointed about the inconvenience of these parking tactics, a paper ticket would have been a sufficient warning.

I lived here a year and a half. Maintenance was always quick to correct any issues with the apartment. They do a lot of resident events. The rooftop is the best feature of the complex. The gym is really nice but always packed. Walls are really thin and you can hear everything. They will charge you an arm and leg with damages when you move out.

beacon hill is the perfect place to call home! the staff is responsive, helpful and energetic and the tenants are chill and super nice. the amenities are amazing as well and each unit just has that homey feel:) not to mention there’s a local woman owned coffee shop built into the apartment. what more could u ask for?!
