I have been going to 24e since April and absolutely love the people and atmosphere! I have worked with 2 different personal trainers while here. I really enjoyed working with Isaiah! He is very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything in detail both during a session and via text to ensure you are getting all the necessary information to be successful! He pushes you to do better each time and consistently is helping to build your confidence! He believes you can do it before you can! All the staff are very friendly & helpful.

This gym is great! The equipment and staff are great too, especially Ashley! I’ve been training with her for a few months now and she’s super knowledgeable and encouraging. She helps keep me accountable for my workouts and even gives workout alternatives if needed, home workout suggestions and recipes too. I really clicked with her personality and can tell she has a passion for helping people in this area.

I really enjoy this place. Let me preface this review by saying that prior to joining this gym and working with my trainer, Liz C., I have never worked out in a gym. I joined and started PT in May of 2023. From the day I met Liz, she has been instrumental in my weight loss journey. She is knowledgeable, nice, and firm when she needs to be. We have talked about virtually everything from better eating habits, to things I can do for workouts on my days between sessions or vacations. She pushes me to be a little better each time. Personal training can be expensive but for me, it’s worth it. I have come so far and have learned SO much over the last 7 months when it comes to machines and correct form. i have also lost 65 LBS overall from a combo of training with Liz + total diet change. Thanks 24e for your awesome trainer, super kind staff and plethora of equipment to work with at this location!

During my time at 24e Trussville, I have had the pleasure of working with both Faith Weber and Ashley Herndon for personal training. I have immensely enjoyed them being part of my fitness journey. They have both been very encouraging, supportive, given great advice (within their scope), and pushed me on days that felt harder for me to complete the workout. They've accommodated my specific needs with modified workouts; since I've had past injuries/surgeries that make certain movements challenging or painful. In addition, I felt very comfortable working with them, as being in a public gym can feel very vulnerable at times. I felt as if I was training with close friends. I would highly recommend both Ashley and Faith to anyone seeking personal training at 24e!! Last, I love the facility, all the amenities, the cleanliness of the gym/locker room, the awesome staff, and all the equipment available.

I been going to this gym for a while now and I love it. My trainer Ashley is one of the best I’ve had so far and she also has helped me a lot and listened when it came to me expressing the goals I am trying to set for myself pertaining to my physical health! If you need a trainer who will hold you accountable and make it fun definitely ask for Ashley!

Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Equipment and facilities are always clean. Weights are always re-racked. I enjoy the personal training program as well as the friends I have made!

This place is fantastic . Because of their affordable kid zone I am finally able to get back in the gym after having my 2nd baby. The gym is clean and the staff are friendly. My 2 yr old loves going and playing with the other children.

24E has given me a chance to change my body and life for the better by pairing me with the most incredible trainer, Liz. Liz Crisman has changed my life. She is the BEST trainer anyone could ask for. She developed a specific routine based on my job and goals.with a flexibility to change when vacations or sickness come out. Liz always cheers on me and all her clients and is extremely personable. Anytime I have a question on what to eat or what vitamins to take she texts back immediately. I feel Liz is the only trainer I can trust completely and if anyone else wants to put in the work partner with Liz and you are guaranteed to succeed !
