Beautiful quiet place blocks from the beach! Perfect for mom & dad getaway. Jim & Shannon are always so nice and helpful with everything we need! Never have an issue staying here! It's always our first spot to pick when we need somewhere to stay without our kids! We absolutely love it here!
This is an amazing property very close to the beach. The room has a kitchenette, hot tub and gas fireplace. Jim and Shannon are the nicest of people and will make sure you have whatever you need. It’s a close walk to great restaurants and taverns. We highly recommend this place.
Started in the Carriage house for the first time. Quaint, quiet place. I love a king size bed!
We are big fans of The Florentine Motel in NWW so we were excited to hear the owners purchased another property in NWW. The Carriage House is a perfect couples place for a getaway. Everything you could want from the jacuzzi and gas fire place to the private hot tub and fire pit in the private fenced area. There’s also a nice patio area outside to sit with a grill. And of course the absolute cleanest and most homey place. We absolutely love this property and cannot wait to return!! Jim and Shannon make sure every detail is perfect.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the "Carriage House 2310 Central" we were so impressed the first time we came back! Our room was beautiful and decorated so cute! It had everything we needed: refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Jacuzzi bath tub, they had beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, robes, umbrella! Outside their is a hot tub, grill, table and chairs,fire pit, etc! Owners are so kind, they also own a hotel, Florentine that they let you use their swimming pool! This place has everything you need to have a great vacation at the beach!Also love all their special little touches they add to the room! We absolutely love this carriage house!It has everything you need! I would"highly recommend"this place!
Stayed there this past weekend with my fiancé and we absolutely loved it. The room was not only cute, but it was immaculate too. We had a wonderfully relaxing long weekend. The fireplace was nice and cozy for a nice touch in this cold weather too. Also it’s close and easy to get to the boardwalk or anywhere else on the island. Our hosts were gracious, accomodating and accessible of course too. Cannot recommend staying here enough! Thanks Jim and Shannon!!!
Beautiful place! Very well kept and spotless. I would definitely stay again! We wanted a getaway for a night and Jim and Shannon were great accommodating us. The weather wasn’t too great but the room was so comfy with a fireplace and hot tub!
The property is so quaint and cozy. They think of everything even down to an umbrella in the closet. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying again. Shannon was so friendly and pleasant to speak too. They take real pride in their property.

Solid breakfast spot. Almost always make a point to come here. Coffee is good and usually strong with a good roast selection. Service is pretty good (thereâs a mother daughter pair here most of the time) also. I really like their smoothie and break
