I went to go visit one of the properties today that was recently built in a community that I absolutely love. When I walked in the facility, the place was absolutely amazing, and the assistance I received was impeccable. The rental agent that assisted me was Fernando. he was knowledgeable and so supportive. He showed me a two bedroom residence that was to die for, unlike most of my experience. I I knew that I love the place from the moment I walked in, but the service really took it over the edge. I would encourage anyone out there that is looking for wonderful home to visit Fernando right away.

My lady and I have lived here for 2 years and are very happy here at 22hundred. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good! Hats off to Shania & Fernado who always make us feel heard. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean. My neighbors aren’t loud much at all and all the residents who I have met, are very much nice. The amenities are immaculate, I love it here.

My family and I have been living at this property for 3 years now and absolutely love it here. Fernando and Shania are always super helpful and very professional. The property is always clean, and we love the amenities here. 10/10 would recommend.

Well, I showed up for my appointment to view one of the units. The receptionist informed me that he would be getting me a pricing list. Which I never received. Also, I didn't get to view the apartment because he stated that my identification wouldn't scan. To be honest, I felt like he just didn't want to show me the unit for an unknown reason. I really felt like I was just shooed away. The sad part is that I had my money for first, last, and / or deposit

Shania did a wonderful job when it was time for my renewal, everything just went so smoothly. If I could put more than 5 stars I would. Professional and very knowledgeable when I asked specific questions.

Came to the 22hundred and met with Shania. She helped me through the process and I got emails and helpful reminders to get everything done. This was a big help since I was doing all of this in the middle of my work week. Best move in process I went through.

I had the most disrespectful and nasty experience with the receptionist Shania. Shania is extremely nasty and rude. My lease ended on October 13th. I lived in unit 6129. Before the 13th my mom asked channaha if we could stay another day because our move wasn’t complete. She said no . So the Friday the 13th my mom spoke to the manager Janine and she said yes you can stay one more day. We will just charge you. So Saturday came and we still wasn’t done, so I asked Ms Jainnie to stay one more night. She said yes. I thought we would be finished by Sunday and we weren’t and I couldn’t ask the manager for another day because they were close. So Monday came , I had to go to work and I was just about to call the office but shania called . She was very nasty and disrespectful. She said why are y’all still there. I told her we got permission from the manager. But for Sunday, they were closed and I was just about to call them to let them know we would definitely be out by 3. She started yelling, y’all need to get out. Get out of the apartment. I have painters coming and a family moving in. I need you out now. Get out! Get out. I said told her by 3 would be the latest because my mom had to get a payday loan to pay for the movers and the earliest they could come would be 1pm. Shania was very nasty and disrespectful. You need to get out. You need to leave! Get out!!. I said I would definitely be out by 3. So I called back because I forgot to aske her about a charge on my account. I told her I paid 76 for the Friday night. But I noticed 239 on my account Saturday and I wanted to know what that charge was for. She said, since you don’t want to get out of the apartment you are being charged month to month. So I asked, if Sunday and Monday would be $239 a day and if so why was Friday only 76$. She said, like I said you being charged month to month since you don’t want to get out. Get out of my apartment. I told her, you don’t have to talk to me so disrespectful and with an attitude. All I ask was a breakdown of the $239 charge. If you don’t know just say you don’t know and you will find out. Shania said, I already answered your question. I said no you haven’t. I want to know where the $239 came from. Shania hung up the phone in My Face. I’ve been at 22 hundred for over 2 yr. I’m filling a complaint with Texas apartment association and the better business beauro . On both phone calls I was nothing but respectful to Shania. Shania is a nasty, disrespectful, rude and mean little girl. Im old enough to be her mother. And for 22 hundred to stand behind her behavior, I advise any and all don’t live there. My base rent was 1590 after all the other charges, the water, trash etc I paid 1,735 a month. My electric average 188$ a month. It’s just me and my mom live there. The valet only picks up our trash when they want to. I’ve complained many times. We have had packages delivered at our door and had packages stolen 3 times by other residents. In the guest bedroom the air conditioner barely works even though they have checked it and didn’t find anything wrong. I was constantly killing silverfish in both bathrooms that would come up through the drains. There was a fire ant infestation when I moved in. Pest control called several times. The pest control didn’t work so I had to pay out of my own money for boric acid to be put down. That’s the only thing that killed them. The whole time I stayed there. I seen probably 5 roaches. The cockroaches would come in under the front door. A lot of ghetto people have moved over there. The gym constantly smells like feet. People have stolen the pool pillows that go to the furniture. There is no pool monitor or guard. On the weekends people constantly bringing their kids to the pool and they don’t even live there. Dog pooop be everywhere. The teenagers over there scream and run through the hallways. And the gate access code for the guests always never works most of the time. The only good thing was that these apartments had a vending machine with snacks.
