So we’ve been living here for what will be a year in July. We have no intentions on renewing our lease. My car was recently broken into last week. Someone has been turning our door knob and knocking on our door. Im assuming they are trying to see if anyone is home. The day before Christmas we noticed a crack pipe, several boxes of cigarettes, lighters and some other items out in the front yard. Steps from our doorway where my kids go out to ride their bikes, skate , skateboard, and play football. A few months ago we got new neighbors who fight all the time and keep up plenty of noise during the later hours of the night. We have tried to be more than considerate being that we are the downstairs neighbors but to be awaken from our sleep at least twice a week to their nonsense is absolutely absurd. I’ve called and stopped into the leasing office speaking with all the ladies on different occasions. It seems as if they are listening but they are not hearing me. 2200 is definitely on the high end when it comes to pricing (let me gone and put that out there). There’s no gate, no patrolling ( there is a courtesy officer but in my experience with him is a courtesy not worth having) the maintenance men do quick fixes and cut corners to avoid actually fixing the problems. My sink leaked for months from a pipe that they claimed they fixed each time a maintenance request was put in. It took 5 might’ve been 6 maintenance requests 2 stops at the leasing office and several emails for them to finally (fingers crossed) have fixed the problem. Also, when we moved in we noticed that the tub had been painted and it started peeling shortly after. Another major issue I have with them is pest control. Which is by the way included in the rent. There’s a really bad pest issue in my building. The roaches are literally coming out of the walls, wood and holes that the mediocre maintenance men failed to patch/fix. I’ve tried to be very reasonable and understanding but when you’re paying a few dollars short of $2000 a month in rent it’s only so many excuses, and we’ll check into it you can take. There are some pros. The ladies are nice but nice isn’t enough. The pool was open the entire summer. Maintenance response time is fast( might not fix the issue but they come). The trash compactor is usually working and when the trash overflows they clean it up and empty it almost immediately. The layout of the apartment I’m in is perfect for separation. Whether you have kids or a roommate. I really wanted to like it here as it is very convenient to the highway my job the kids school and again I love the layout. It’s just not enough with the recent events on top of the pest issues.

Any organization gets a good/bad name because of its people...'its staff'. At Belcourt Apartments there are few people to mention who make people want to extend their lease, because of them you do not want to go apartment hunting and stick with the same complex. ' Ms. Donna Weeks' from the leasing is office is one of them. She makes it happen, keeps in touch with us on emails and makes it a point to serve the apartment seeker to her best potential. Her counter part 'Ms.Amber' and 'Mr. Alan'-maintenance) too are very courteous and patient enough to hear out the problem and provide solutions. Pleasure to know you all. I have added more pics of this complex. The apt complex is lucky to have big creek neighbouring it. There are 2 entrances to the big green park...one is through the back side of the leasing off/gym and one behind the 900 bldg. Both take you to the bike ramps, woods and cemented path. The new park inside the complex is wonderful too. All in all it's a beautiful place with both 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms hall and kitchen space. Digital locks make it easier and safer for families and kids to stay on this property.

We lived at 2200 Big Creek / Belcourt Parkway for almost 2 years and absolutely loved it. The location is incredible and less than a minute walk onto the beautiful greenway. The staff were always excellent, from Donna always being so nice and enthusiastic whenever we needed help, to the maintenance staff sorting out any issues very quickly. We are sad to leave this community and would strongly recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely ridiculous new parking rules! Now we, as residents for over 3 years, can't park our car and stay in one place for more than 72 hours. Management always tries to apply another crazy rule instead of resolving REAL problems (such as dog poops everywhere or cars with oil leaks and puddles under them. So now we as residents can’t even be ill for more than 3 days... Bravo!!!

I honestly had to give this place a star and I'm guessing others have had better experience. I've been in other apartments for cheaper and that were worth it and this place is not unfortunately. I was just here very recently and moved out in 3 months because of constant water leaks and bug infestation. The staff is great like everyone says, but the apartments and grounds to me are so not worth the expensive price tag put on it. The staff and maintenance people attempted to fix the problem, but it seemed they just couldn't figure it out. I believe in paying money for things that are worth it and unfortunately this wasn't at all. - 11/09/2021

Absolutely the best Apartment Complex in Atlanta. The trio of Ladies who run the office really know their stuff. Heather who assisted me with an apartment was so awesome and knowledgeable. She knew the answers to all my questions. Jill ( I think was the Manager ) was very nice and helpful as well. Even the other young lady, I think her name was Donna, was insightful. All three were very professional. A big "Hot-Point" for me with apartment communities, is their Maintenance and I was able to see how on top of things they are as well. I'll be submitting my application soon and look forward to living within the community

Jill, Heather and Donna are amazing! The community is well kept and VERY QUIET. The 2 bedroom apartment I am renting is very well laid out and spacious. Having a screened in porch as well as an outdoor deck off the master bedroom is a huge bonus! After owning places since 2004, I am very happy to call Big Creek home!

Lived here for one year. Felt emotional when leaving. I love the wide open space, the nature and some privacy. My favorite aspect is the amazing road trail that is behind the apartment complex called big creek greenway. You can literally walk to the park. There is also a really cool mountain biking trail at the park. Donna Weeks is really nice, always there for you and explained the basics to me with great patience. Maintenance is really fast! Roswell is awesome!
