I had the opportunity to visit 2125 Franklin and go on tour with Mohamed recently, and his expertise and professionalism made the experience thorough and understandable. He was very detailed in showing me the property, giving me informative details, and patiently answering my questions. Audrey was also being helpful throughout the process and never wavered. The experience was flawless and fun because of her responsiveness and desire to help at every chance. Mohamed and Audrey displayed excellent customer service, and their commitment to their work raises the bar for others in their industry. I have lived here for two years and absolutely love it. They have an amazing staff and maintenance team especially Mel who has always helped me in the front office with packages and questions. I am renewing my lease for next year and can’t wait to finish out my schooling with the support of 2125!

2125 Franklin was a wonderful place to stay. The staff especially Julia P, Amy Z, and Mel R helped me a ton with the transition of originally moving in. They have been especially helpful with the move out process as I am leaving the school and transferring universities.

Mel R. Was the one giving us a tour, she was very nice and held good conversations. We loved the space and the building and all our are questions were answered thoroughly.

Kristi was wonderful! She came in to clean my carpets and got every stain out! She was pleasant, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job. Thanks Kristi!

I applied for your apartment in August, and the manager said they had the room available. So, I applied for your apartment, but after that, the room was suddenly canceled. The manager (I think her name is Julia) said that the 2125 franklin will return my deposit within three weeks. So, I'm waiting for my deposit to be refunded, but there has been no action so far. and they didn't answer my email. I'm very curious about when my deposit will be refunded.

Ryenne had been extremely helpful in getting my son situated into Franklin and I cannot thank her enough for being so thorough and understanding as we navigate through this process. Thank again Ryenne! My son is looking forward to moving and in!

This review is specifically about Ryenne Seidel, she is fantastic and super easy to work with. I had to discuss a complicated move for my son and had the pleasure of working with Ryenne. Being out of state, it can get confusing and difficult to coordinate all things housing and Ryenne was communicative, timely and professional during all of our conversations. She answered all my questions quickly and calmed my nerves every time. SHE IS AWESOME! Thank you again Ryenne!!
