Delicious coffee and pastry! Extensive menu with a combination of both classic espresso and novelty flavor. We tried Ube, Seasame, and Matcha latte and loved all the three flavors. Their apple cinnamon brioche muffin is also tasty. You can tell the owner put a lot of attention to details through the menu, decor, and overall operation of the store.

This is one of the best coffee shops in the area - indoor and outdoor seating, super cute decor and always has a busy vibe but you can actually get work/coffee table discussions done too! Staff is good. The coffee drinks were good, pastries were yumm not a fan of their tea though. They also sell some goods.

Coffee was actually pretty good, it had lavender syrup, was pretty good. Impressed. Lemonade apparently tasted like crystal light. Reason for 3 stars and not more is that service sucked. It felt like you walked into a funeral. Coffee was good. Overpriced but good, what isn’t overpriced nowadays.

The Cafe is clean and modern but their drinks are mediocre at best. Their matcha has no taste, a cup of milk would give the same experience. The mocha is disappointing as well. I do not recommend this place.

I'm an avid fan of espresso cafes and I love this one a lot. Whoever did the interior design did a great job. It's in a really beautiful lofted space with super tall ceilings, large-scale artwork, large scale, hanging circular lighting fixtures that are really pretty, expensive looking white hexagon marble tiling, nice furniture, huge windows and the espresso machine is high-end and they serve coffee in white porcelain cups. It's usually very crowded here, but there is also a lot of outdoor casual seating throughout the complex. They have a lot of unusual coffee drinks and I haven't tried them all. I usually order a standard latte, and they always do a nice latte art, and they never burn the milk. I did try the lavender latte and it wasn't to my liking but it was a worthwhile experience to combine espresso with floral notes.

Stopped in early morning to grab a quick latte before heading to my day gig. I ordered a 12oz Vanilla Latte with Almond milk and my goodness, it was incredibly well made. The whole drink was so well balanced; not too sweet but just sweet enough, the vanilla flavor didn't taste artificial and complimented the flavor of the espresso perfectly. Really caught off guard how delicious a simple Vanilla latte was. Going to make it a point to come back whenever I'm in the area.

One of the best looking cafes I've been to! Such a great vibe in there! Huge windows, brightly lit, lots and lots of indoor plants, a hugeee canvas of a dog! Just wow! Hands down, one of the best looking cafes out there! The cashier and barista were friendly! Amazing latte art skills! Being a big lavender latte fan, I almost always try that at most new cafes that I visit. I ordered the Rachel's Lavender and my partner got the Hazelnut Latte. The Hazelnut was the better one of the two. Not sure if it's their specialty, but the Lavender Latte was way too strong for me, also slightly more bitter than I'd like. I think it's most effective when the essence is subtle in lattes. I'll definitely head back and try some of their other options that I have in mind!

Cashier seemed like she hated her job, and they never called out our names when the drinks came out, so the drinks were cooled down. The hot chocolate I got tasted like chocolate flavored water, and the matcha was extremely bitter. We were also dining in, but they gave the drinks in paper cups. However, the environment is very chic and cozy, just wouldn't recommend their drinks.

I’ve signed up for memberships at the big box gyms starting off with enthusiasm and then slowly stop going. I would get bored of my routine and never felt like I knew what I was doing or what I should be working on. Then I joined Dan’s gym at F3!

Nice facility with plenty of space for hitting pitching, fielding, and weights. There’s even stuff to do if you decide to stay for a whole practice (pool, ping pong, video games, massage chair)
