This place has a really great service. I also like that it’s quick fast casual. You can go up to the cashier in order and it makes it very quick and easy. We always have people coming to check on us which is really lovely. We deserve our first time in Cheyenne and it was good experience to get to try the food and meet the people. There’s a lot of fried food, so it would be good to some other options, but it was very good.

One of the best places for lunch in Cheyenne. The avocado bacon burger is great. The service is fantastic, the best I’ve seen for an order at the counter/casual restaurant. Parking was easy on a Tuesday afternoon. If you’re in town give 2 Doors Down a try!

After a long 10 hr drive, we placed a take out order by phone. The on-line menu was very convenient, by the time my husband got to the restaurant the food was ready. South of the border burger is good and spicy, onion rings and mozzarella sticks are good too, rack of ribs for $15.99 was a deal. The menu offers burgers, soups, salads, pizzas, desserts, kids meals, etc. Service is great, food came out quick, satisfied with our meals. If in the Cheyenne area, 2 Doors Down be a good choice.

I was looking for a local place to stop by on a road trip and 2 doors down didn't disappoint. Great shake good burger and fries. What more do you need. The ordering method is a bit unconventional but it works. Stop by!

Stopped in for lunch. It was a great choice. I got "The Magnificent", boy was it big. It came on a hoagie roll. The fries are steak fries and are endless. The prices and the service were great too. I would definitely recommend them.

New to Wyoming, and this was our first time to establishment. Gentleman provided guidance regarding how the restaurant worked. We were asked if we wanted ranch dressing for our steak fries, got our number, and paid. We chose our table, placed our number in holder, got our drinks, and our appetizer arrived. Eggrolls. Shortly thereafter, our burgers arrived. We had the classic and barnyard burgers. Our food is hot and delicious. We would like to point out that all associates are busy walking the floor, clearing dishes, running food to tables, and asking if they can refill your drink...in a fast food restaurant. Service is impeccable. We'll return and be certain to bring family and friends.

Always love coming here when I’m in Cheyenne! I have celiacs and it’s a safe gluten free place to eat. They have dedicated fryers for the fries and their burgers are delicious! They always have multiple staff members checking on you and the atmosphere is fun and upbeat.

We were really excited to try this place out and had high hopes based off many of the reviews. Unfortunately it wasn’t as good as we thought it would be. They did, however, have pretty good service. We were immediately greeted at the door and given instructions as we hopped in line. It’s your basic “order and pay, take a number to your table, have food delivered” type of restaurant. They had a lot of workers around helping with all manner of things—bussing, getting extra condiments , asking how they can help, etc. As for the food: we ordered the peppercorn burger, the triple play, the towering inferno, onion rings, battered fried mushrooms, cookies and cream shake and strawberry cheesecake shake. The onion rings and mushrooms came out after just a few minutes and were fresh and hot. The onions were definitely well cooked and very soft. Both of these starters had an odd flavor. We thought perhaps the oil hadn’t been switched out recently enough or perhaps it’s just the batter flavor? It just left a bad taste in our mouths though, literally. Ranch dipping sauce was good though! The burgers were alright. The towering inferno said it would have onion straws, but it had an onion ring instead, and all of the flavors and textures kind of just melded together. The triple play slider-type burgers were nothing impressive. The peppercorn burger was pretty good for the first couple of bites, then the flavor fell flat. The blue cheese was strong enough to hide other flavors, and it just needed more flavor in general. The fries were fine. Hubby and I aren’t really steak fries people, so take this worth whatever. The fries were fresh, but not really salty, and they were over cooked in my opinion. Very soft inside. Kids and husband enjoyed the shakes. They packed them with Oreos and cheesecake chunks. They were very thin and almost frothy. They seemed a little watery/icy to me. By way of information, there are no changing tables in the women’s bathroom, even though there is ample space in the large stall. Not awesome, as I had a baby with a poopy diaper—and it is a large establishment clearly trying to cater to larger groups and families, as well as small groups. Also, we ate upstairs—and it was kind of odd that it was so dark. It wasn’t like a “low-lighting, cool ambiance” thing, it was better lit for parts of the floor, but where our table sat, it was very dark. That floor was less charming and put together, for sure—like, “oh, we need to make more seating, so let’s throw some stuff up there” look. Though the charm is less important, we would have liked to see the colors of our food better and just have a little more light.

Great coffee. I bought a charcuterie box for my lunch(on my cross-country trip). It was fabulous. I wish I knew what the cheeses were. They was so good. I wish I lived closer. I'd be there everyday. And I had ice cream for breakfast.
