Cool rooftop bar and restaurant! I love the location! We will definitely be coming back. Priscilla was informative and seemed cool as well. I'm excited to check out their food next time we are in town!
They also have brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30am-2:30am.
Expansive city views, great service, delicious food, and a well curated bar... 1 Watson is a great addition to the Downtown San Antonio dining scene. We brunched on a Sunday and enjoyed both Watson's sweet and savory options, and our server Jessica was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. In fact, the entire team was wonderful. The only pause had nothing to do with Watson. The parent AC Hotel valet charge has to be paid at the hotel's front desk, not the stand or restaurant. The wait to pay was long and the set-up odd.
Otherwise, I highly recommend Watson, but skip the valet. Cheers!
Came for the first time for a friends birthday and this place is BEAUTIFUL 😍 drop dead gorgeous! The atmosphere is amazing! Rooftop bar with dim lit atmosphere and plenty of good jams! The staff was very polite and on their game. Food was delicious just slightly over price in my opinion. The ceaser salad is HUGE! And the Brisket Jalepeno poppers were also amazing!! Would definitely Rex for a party, date, get together, or solo date night. Seating is inside and outside
BEYOND satisfied with the overall experience. The atmosphere was PERFECT!!!! Not to mention the beautiful rooftop view…which was BREATHTAKING. Thank you to the staff for being friendly and for making us feel welcome. It’s a DEFINITE coming back experience.
We had a birthday celebration of a very good friend and had reservations that they were not told about the “time limit”. We moved to the high table area, and there was four of us who went to the outdoor area to get some air (it was warm inside). The table did not have any “reserved sign” and two waiters approached us asking us to leave since it was a reserved spot but without a sign. One waiter walked away, the other one I requested we would leave when he walks away. He threatened to call the security if we don’t comply. Mind you we were dressed appropriately, birthday celebrant is a known executive and travel agent business owner.
We got up and joined our party inside but I spoke with the manager who was apologetic and graceful. I did tell her that the lady who serves us was excellent (her name if I remember correctly is Alex) but I was so upset that this disrespect could not be tolerated. The ambience was great, but the warm weather didn’t help the indoors. I’m not too sure if I would recommend this place.
I love the atmosphere here. The service was great, the drinks were creative and delicious. I wish there were more options on the menu, but I understand it’s a lounge. The jalapeño poppers and brisket tacos were really bland. A good salsa would’ve made them much better. But the overall experience was amazing & I’ll definitely be going back.
My husband and I visited San Antonio earlier in the week and we asked the guest service where is a good place to eat that was close and she sent us rite upstairs to the 15th floor. The Brisket was amazing! We had the tacos with the pickled onions. I’m not into pickled onions but I tried it and was not disappointed. I think my server said the Chief was Richard! So compliments to him..seriously perfection. Super tender and tasty. Also the ambiance is elegant. City lights and the fireplace was cozy. Will definitely stay at that hotel again. Just for anyone thinking about trying it out.
This was our first time here, stayed at the AC Hotel and went to the Watson in the evening for drinks and some food. The Staff were extremely polite and helpful with recommendations of drinks and food. We had a great night, the Damsel in distress was awesome. Had a few of them, the brisket jalapenos were really good as well as the brisket street tacos. The views are nice but too many larger buildings going up around the area and blocking some area's. Definitely will be a returning guest. Probably when the weather is a bit cooler.
The best piece of Turkish and Mediterranean food you can eat in San Antonio, try the Chicken Wrap, Cigkofte Wrap and Baklava, you feel like you are in Turkey, good service, healthy, recommend ISTANBUL STREET FOOD, definitely try it, you will not regr

I loved it! Great staff and service. Food delicious and the company, my boys, was lovely. The decor is hip but warm, the menu had a new twist to old favorites (great and interestingidea). And the coffee, hot and made just right! SA folks get over th
My friend and I stumbled on this gem while walking downtown. Maria invited us in and was very hospitable to us. We tried some cocktails and then had the pizza. It was a great experience and I canât wait to try it again.
I've been to Southerleigh at the Pearl 3 times now. Their service is one of the best in San Antonio. All the wait staff is kind and knowledgeable about the food. Dinner and Brunch menu is fantastic. Their food is southern classics on an elevated leve
The food was standard hotel breakfast bar food. I was hoping for a bit better, but probably shouldnât have. The tea was good, the servers were attentive and kindâ¦the view was to an in closed garden which was lovely.
This was my first visit to this location of 54th Street Grill and I was pretty impressed! We visited on a Friday evening around 7:00pm, and although it was crowded, we only waited 5 minutes to be seated. They have a huge menu, but we saw they have th

Fourth time here. We obviously always have a blast. Itâs a great activity for children and adults to play together. And as an adult, weâre having just as much fun as the kids. Parking is usually pretty easy too. Highly recommend!
My husband and I went here last night and it was amazing! Scott Pepper was interactive with the crowd, had a lot of hilarious jokes and mind blowing magic. The venue has a bar, a magician shop, fun photo booth illusions and up close magic with a magi
So much yes!! We came here for my brotherâs birthday and the whole family got to play. Seriously, so awesome and so easy to figure it out once we got started. Highly recommend this activity for all ages. They have a ton of games to choose from and
It's one of my favorite places, I love the coffee and the best chai latte. The sweets crepes, ice creams, and the breakfast are really good. The sandwiches only like the hamburger because I tried one with the name pesto without pesto, even a flavor t
I love this place. I had the Orange white chocolate latte and it was perfectly sweet and soothing on this chilly morning. The expresso flavor was still highlighted in the drink which was nice because sometimes the flavoring can overpower a latte.
Super friendly and fast service! I love dark strong coffee and this place has just that! So yummy. I had never tried them before but I happened to be right there. I got the Oreo. Old Brew Coffeeâ¦super good coffee taste with the oreo aftertaste. I a

I came from out of town for a refresher course here at SA Scuba and it was a great experience. I had a weekend free up and they were able to get me into the regular open water certification on short notice. Greg and Erick were very professional and t
