He not only did all the technical work, but advised on selection of hardware, and worked it smoothly into existing systems. Warmly recommended. We will call him again.

I prepare tax returns for clients and my Intuit software would not work anymore on Windows XP. Warren got me a used Dell computer with Windows 7 that now works on my intuit software. Warren transferred my old files from my old computer to my new one from his office in Austin, TX. My office is in Elgin, Illinois. I am not very computer savvy. I was given Warren's number by a friend. My computer kept crashing. Warren came over to fix it which was great. No running around waiting hours at the apple store. He fixed it right away! Hie rates are very good. I will defiantly call him again.

I've been very impressed with the skill and knowledge that Warren has shown me with cisco routers, Ubuntu Linux & creating LAMP websites rapidly (also a lot of microsoft dev work, I didn't follow). I have 30 years of experience in IT. I've been impressed & pleased with all of my interactions with him! I do have to fault him on one thing,(hence the 4*s) Sometimes Warren gets asked to do basically impossible things that a team of super-geniuses could not solve in a month and he is given a 2 hour deadline. We've been using 1staustintech for about 3 years at MJ Structures and we're incredibly happy with the services and knowledge. They first rescued us by solving and repairing our Linux based server within a week after our previous IT group had left it sitting in pieces on a workbench for at least 5 weeks (which had been a minor nightmare). When it came time to upgrade our equipment, they advised on new equipment, set up our Windows based server and peripheral equipment, transitioned our back up system and the entire process was very smooth. We troubleshoot our own simple computer issues when we can but we call 1staustintech for help frequently for large, slightly irregular, very complex, or high priority problems or upgrades.
