We spent 4 nights at the 1890 Williams House Bed and Breakfast and can say without a doubt that this was the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at. The property is stunning with so much detail. The rooms are mega huge. The food was 5 star quality. The location is within walking distance of everything. But most of all the host Joseph and Cody are the reason we highly recommend staying at and can’t wait to come back for. They treated us like family our entire stay, even jumping our car a few times after I left my lights on. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable and are just really amazing people!! Stay at the Williams house and you won’t regret it!

Joe and Cody make their beautiful B&B feel like home! We first visited 1890 in 2002 in celebration of our 1st wedding anniversary. We were delighted to be back in the same suite! The house is filled with the charm of years gone by but with all the modern conveniences. Spend time on the wrap around porch, enjoy homemade treats throughout the day and of course kick off each morning with a gourmet breakfast! Bathhouse row is within walking distance and the hosts are happy to help with suggestions on where to visit. We can’t wait to return!

Great last minute get away to celebrate my wife's birthday. Joe greeted us and after a smooth check in he gave us quick tour and history of the house. House is, fantastic filled with period furnishings. Gave us ideas of things to do and places to eat. Joe prepared a great breakfast the next morning. Special touches like robes and coffee service delivered to our room to start the day.

Joe and Cody are amazing hosts! We were there 5 nights and breakfast was consistently superb. We particularly enjoyed the delicious desserts they have available at all hours of the day and night. The staff were great. Everything was consistently first class. The Williams Suite where we stayed is a wonderful space to hang your hat for a few days. The Inn location is terrific... a short walk from Central Avenue and Bathhouse Row.||We were there for the total solar eclipse in April of 2024 and, in order to properly celebrate this highly unusual event, Joe and Cody broke out a bottle of champagne for the guests. How special is that?||I could go on about what a terrific lodging option the Williams House in Hot Springs is, but just do yourself a favor and experience it for yourself. They will make you feel special!

Went on an impromptu vacation with my wife. All in all we will certainly be back. The house is gorgeous and the rooms are amazing. Cody and Joe are wonderful people and are incredibly kind and accommodating. Great location with the house being about a block away from bathhouse row so you can have privacy during your stay but are never far away from the action. Easy recommend.

I loved staying at the 1890 Williams house! Such a lovely, relaxing and quiet house my stay in Hot Springs. So close to Central Ave, bath houses, great bars and restaurants. Joe and Cody are amazing B&B owners and not only served delicious breakfast but shared stories of the house, and recommendations for the area. Will definitely be repeat guests!!

Beautiful room in a beautiful well kept home. We stayed in the Williams Suite and we highly recommend you do the same! Big airy room with an enormous comfortable bed. Coffee and breakfast delivered to our room was the perfect touch to a perfect stay. Thank you both Cody and Joe for a wonderful experience. My husband & I came here as a little getaway before our first baby comes & everything about our stay was wonderful! Upon pulling in we were greeted by our happy host & welcomed into the historic home; we were given a full tour of the house, shown a map of the surrounding areas & advised on various different activities/restaurants to try. We stayed in the West Chamber suite & even pregnant the bed was so very comfortable & the room a pleasant temperature despite the intense heat outside. Our breakfasts were phenomenal & easily the best food we ate our entire trip! Each evening we unwound by playing chess in the upstairs common area or checkers on the veranda! As long as it is not 100 degrees outside the walk to downtown isn’t bad at all. I really cannot express enough how thoughtful our hosts were & I truly encourage anyone else to pick this bed & breakfast for your next trip to Hot Springs!
