Horrible customer service... Called customer support on an order I placed to ask about delivery. As soon as the lady answered she sounded like she did not want to be on the phone. I told her I was having an Issue with the delivery thinking they would be acceptable to at least help me or point me in the right direction as soon as i stated my problem with delivery lady just says "yup yup nothing I can do about it" I hung up right away never going to support or order from this place again. I was being nice on the phone the lady was just doesnt like her job.... 11:35am 4/26/24T

Bait and switch. 17Photo listed my purchase as HD-VIT-75, when it is actually an SDI-VIT-75 (an obsolete product). Silly me for not looking at the item closer when it didn't work, not sending it back sooner and thinking that there is a legit reason for a company selling a product $30 cheaper than the rest. Is their error incompetence or bait and switch? Refused my request to return the item as I was more than 30 days from when I purchased it (took me 45 days to return to the problem and realize what had happened).

Visited 17th Street expecting a camera store, but found a baby store instead. The confusion is understandable, yet frustrating. The staff, though equally baffled by the mix-up, could've been more helpful. No luck finding 35mm film here. A mix-up that led to a bit of annoyance. Happy Friday regardless!

Absolute terrible customer service. Will never buy from this company again and I strongly urge anyone considering not to. Their customer service rep, Cathy was a nightmare to work with. It takes months to get a refund for your return, and several days if not weeks to get a response.

I am not sure why there are bad reviews here. My experience was great! They are honest people who took care of me. They price matched B&H and sent my camera via next day air with no additional charge to me. I also purchased a few lenses from them; one lens came in with a firmware that I could not update (FUJI). I called them they and they told me to send it back. After they received it they called me and asked me if I wanted a refund or credit. Communication was great. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a handgun laser from these people on eBay and it came looking used and broken. I have reached out to them several times for them to ignore half of my messages and send me straight to the manufacturer for repair/replacement. Now they won't answer my messages at all. The customer service is a joke and I highly recommend stay away from these people if you need anything. Find someone who cares about their customers and are willing to help anyway they can. $230.00 down the drain

Sign on the door states... Store Hours 10am - 6pm. So how is it, I'm crossing the street at 5:40pm & see the lights shut off?? & Not even a sign on the door apologizing for closing early?? Okay. I'm pretty sure the guy I just watched ride off into the sunset on his bicycle was the rep on duty too. Guess, I'll take my funds elsewhere.

Phenomenal customer service! I lost the charger for my Polaroid Pogo printer after moving, so I called earlier today to enquire about purchasing the hard to find car charger. I was told it was out of stock, but they were instead able to offer me an AC charger with no hassle. Saved nearly $100 since I don't have to buy a completely new one!

I came here because I live in Queens and I was aware there’s the same owner. I was anxious to meet Mrs. Milene Yanez, who, due to her father’s heritage, passionately prepares Venezuelan cuisine. She has been delighting the Venezuelan community wi
