1771G&T - Restaurant in Annapolis - 26 Market Space, USA

We grabbed a spot near the open window on a sunny day. It was a perfect breezy spot with good ambiance and a view to people watch. The bartender was also in charge of waiting tables, so he was putting in some serious steps. Service was slower than expected if they would have been properly staffed but he was hustling and the food came out fast and hot. We all enjoyed, we'll definitely return.

I stopped in on lunch for the first time Thursday and was greeted warmly and friendly by a sweet young lady. She assisted me with menu item descriptions and suggested to order at the bar for faster service. I ordered a Strawberry & Goat cheese salad (pecans and a blood orange vinaigrette) subbing romaine for arugula. Also ordered waffle fries. I complicated it by not stating "to go" and was there in an empty restaurant for about 20 minutes for those 2 items. Thankfully the bar guy was friendly and refilled my water twice to keep me hydrated. My waffle fries were seasoned and were surprisingly huge (per piece and whole order). The salad, enjoyed much later in the evening, was absolutely fabulous and made me want more. I will definitely come back for the salad because the dressing was just decadently delicious. Thank you for a first time visit that went decently well.

August 1st 2021. It should be noted this restaurant is not open 7 days a week. Since I'm not sure when they're not open I recommend you call. Since my last visit something here has changed? The menu has changed and what I ate was not as good as before? Sorry to have to tell you this but I would recommend dock street bar and grill over this restaurant now. Again it should be noted that this restaurant was called Harvest when I ate there before. We've been eating in downtown and surrounding area restaurants for over 10 years. Harvest was quite a surprise. It was getting chilly outside so we ate inside. Once inside this restaurant had the feel true to it's heritage like a place down on the wharf. I liked it better than some of the cramped places down there. My crab cake entree had the best crab cake I've had in a long while with fresh made mashed potatoes and seasoned corn. My fiancee's salad actually looked like a wedge salad. I've seen more that don't actually look right than correct ones. The burger someone ordered at another table looked good too. If you're anywhere downtown Annapolis you'll be glad you ate here.

No idea why this place is so empty on a Sunday evening! Food was delicious (specifically the short rib grilled cheese sandwich), decent beer menu, a ton of different types of gin (if that's your thing). Service was fast, bartender was nice.

The customer service was pleasant and quick. There was no name on the building and receipt so we asked the waitress and she told us the name of the establishment was 1771. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and dined outside. The food menu was very limited but the drink menu was full. I ordered the creamy crab soup but that tasted like it was out the can. I also ordered the shrimp and grit cake and that was delicious. My kids ordered the burgers and they said it was good. When 10pm hit they turned their space into a night club setting and it looked like a whole vibe. The DJ was good and the waitress said this was their first night trying this out. I would have joined the party if I didn't have my kids with me.

Ok, to start. The server was quite personable. Perfect fit. The raw oysters on 1/2 she'll with cocktail sauce were delicious. Overpriced practically everywhere nowadays, the bakers dozen, the size, the freshness and even though in the heart of downtown Annapolis waterfront district, very well priced. Our burger meals were made exactly as ordered, very tasty. Overall, would definitely recommend to family , friends and everyone looking for the perfect restaurant , for nice people, excellent staff,, clean all over, great food, this is it. Will , without a doubt, return on a regular basis. Great place.

I had the best time here! I’m from Salt Lake and traveled to Maryland for my brother’s engagement. Brandon was an awesome bartender and I loved all the info about Charlie Chaplin. 10/10 recommend!

Awesome service!! The servers and bartenders are great! The staff is so friendly, greeting me as soon as I walked in the door. I will definitely be going back and recommending to all of my friends and family! (Also karaoke night is Thursday and is soo much fun!! )
