Absolutely loved this place. I was extremely impressed with our trip. Ashley was accommodating and helpful. Clean, fair pricing and super cute right on campus in the heart of everything. I will be going back for sure. Please note there is no office but that isn’t a problem and you should t worry. Super easy check in and access to you room.

You could not get a better campus experience anywhere else! The condo is directly across the street from Baylor campus. It is gorgeous, spacious, and was very clean. There was ample parking if you have a vehicle. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and was able to get fantastic night’s sleep. Ashley and Gaby are extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating. I felt very thankful for their kindness and great customer service after a difficult morning of traveling. Only thing to note: there is no "lobby" or area to wait other than outside in the parking lot, so if you arrive to Waco before check-in, plan to hang out somewhere else. Overall, a great experience and would certainly stay here again if I am back in Waco!

We found this gem looking for a homebase when visiting our daughter at Baylor a few years ago. it’s perfect. 4 stays later and it never disappoints. The location is great- just on the edge of campus and easy to get to and from. Beds are really comfy with great linens, bathrooms are great, with HOT water. The kitchen is fully stocked, with a couple of days worth of coffee, everything needed to cook, gas ranges, and community BBQ’s. Management has always been prompt to reply and great to work with. We really enjoy our time staying here.

Amazing stay! I truly loved it here. Great value for money. You get a very bright and airy 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and it's all on Baylor's campus. I can't believe I hadn't heard of this place before. Ashley, you are doing a great job! Thank you so much to you and your awesome staff for making my stay so comfortable!

We just stayed here over the weekend in Unit #6 with our teenage son. We were moving our daughter back into her dorm so it was really convenient staying right across from campus. We would have probably paid for two hotel rooms otherwise so this ended up being slightly cheaper than that with more space. It was nice to have a kitchen and living room for us to hang out in without having to sit on beds like in a hotel. Ashley was very responsive via text all weekend and went above-and-beyond when we thought we had left something behind after departure! It really is a great option for families who have kids going to Baylor and want to be nearby. ||||A couple things to know before you book: beds are VERY soft so if you prefer a firmer mattress, this is not the sleeping place for you. Also, the unit seems to be designed for shorter people in general - I'm 5'8" and had to duck under the shower head and the bathroom mirror was hung low as well. The beds are also set low to the ground. Like other VRBO's there is no daily housekeeping service but there also aren't extra towels available. I would plan to bring your own paper towel and kleenex as there isn't any there. You are also expected to empty and dispose of all trash before leaving which was surprising considering the extra fees for housekeeping and administration charges you pay when booking. None of this is a deal breaker by any means - just helpful to know on a review. ||||Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to be near their Baylor Bear!!

1700 South 2nd is such a nice place. The layout was simple & spacious and had a real warm feel to it. Parts of its design & charm that really caught my eye were the Shower/bath tiles, Kitchen table/stools, Staircase design & BR doors ! It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The Wi-fi was super fast and the place smelled & looked fresh & super clean. Host Ashley was so kind & accommodating. We absolutely loved the place! Thanks! G. LoRusso

This place was great! Super clean, tons of room, easy check-in and out, directly across from Baylor University, and close to everything!! The beds were very comfy and it was quiet. We will for sure stay here again!! There were two spacious and well-decorated bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a great kitchen and laundry.

We arrived at the hotel and upon entry the appearance was very nice UNTILL... We found that the condo had not been cleaned including trash under the couch. The refrigerator had spills and stains from previous occupants. The bedding had not been changed or washed. There was hair and remnants of cats having been in the room. We were here with special needs children and could not sleep because of allergy issues. After, we had to leave because of these issues. The owner proceeded to call and harass us. He was calling with threats and screaming at us over the phone. Slum lord at its finest describes this completely. If you stay here, know that it is dirty and not properly cleaned. You will be harassed by the owner who lives on site.
