I've never been here. Don't know why Google tagged me there on Sunday. I typically don't go to this part of the beach. I'm typically off jp Luby or well south of Bob hall pier. I did do an estimate for repairs on some of the buildings years ago and the staff for the complex was very nice.
Rental was great, pool area outside was loud until after 11pm most nights
This was a fantastic little getaway spot for the whole family! Kids LOVED the pools, and so close to the beach! We rented a couple condos during the week and couldn't have been happier! Vaulted ceilings, no units above or below, nice patios all off the gated pool that is kept very clean, and very friendly property management company, who made check-in / check-out a breeze! Wouldn't mind owning a couple units here to come back to whenever we could get away from the hustle and bustle back home and could use that salty beach air recovery!
This is a small, very well cared for townhome community with close proximity to the beach. Our unit overlooked the pool with it getting pretty noisy at times with a lot of kids at the pool. Inside our unit, we could barely hear anything. Some of the water jets need to be fixed because no heated water came out of them. Would stay here again.
Front door did not open all the time. Bathroom counter had a sharp edge near the toilet paper holder and the shower light kept turning off and on while showering. Floor was really dirty that made your feet black
Nice, clean and very close to all the fun stuff. However, when we first arrived there was some out of control folks at the pool. Very loud music, foul language, drunk, etc. The wife called the property management and it was cleared up.
Also, the pool had way too many people in it. And it wasn't very clean.
But the location is excellent.

Just blocks from beach and 30mins from attractions!
So far so good! This place is amazing! Our host even hooked my wife up with a 40th Birthday surprise! Balloons, chocolate covered strawberries wine, rose petals and decorations! The condo is super clean and even a box of popsicles in the freezer for my daughter to enjoy! Close to the beach and the pools as well!
