I recently had the pleasure of staying at 1313 West and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere and staff's warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The hotel exudes charm and elegance, with beautifully designed rooms that offer a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. The attention to detail in the decor is remarkable, reflecting a tasteful and modern aesthetic while maintaining a cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay, including mini split A/C units, high-quality toiletries, in-room coffee bar, and a record player with all the classic hits. Two of the highlights of my stay were the hotel's speakeasy bar and access to fresh, homemade chocolate chip cookies throughout the day, which made the stay even more enjoyable! The location is also ideally nestled in a charming neighborhood with easy access to Annapolis's historic sites and waterfront attractions. Overall, 1313 West provides a luxurious and memorable experience, making it the perfect choice for anyone seeking a boutique hotel with top-notch service and elegant accommodations in Annapolis. We recently had the honor of attending our friends wedding at this hotel and booked a room to spend the night. The hotel was the perfect place for an intimate wedding reception. Cocktail hour was hosted inside the hotel and the reception was out back in a covered tent. Once the reception was over we headed over to the speakeasy for the after party. The speakeasy was dimly lit, cozy and romantic. I loved the vibe! 131 West truly is the total package! The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious. If you ever find yourself visiting Annapolis do yourself a favor and book a room at 1313 West Luxury Boutique Hotel. It’s best of the best 5 star experience. Can’t wait to stay here for my next stay in Annapolis!

The rooms exuded a warm glow, with velvet sofas inviting you to sink in with a good book. The equestrian-themed speakeasy bar in the basement was a delightful surprise! During my stay, my room served as a luxurious oasis where I could unwind on the king-sized memory foam mattress and enjoy my favorite tunes on a personal record player. The accommodations were meticulously maintained. Overall, my experience was nothing short of amazing! I cannot wait to return and stay for my wedding!

It also offers a really cool speakeasy bar that just adds a special touch. I highly recommend staying at 1313 West for a unique and memorable experience!

My Wife and I stayed at 1313 over the weekend for a getaway and had a wonderful time. Rooms were well decorated and stocked with great snacks and wines. The rooms were also CLEAN! The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and responsive to requests. The property was in a great location to visit downtown Annapolis and has easy and plentiful parking. We felt like royalty, and we will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit.

Just to start….I’m a 2 Million mile flyer so staying in hotels that are clean are paramount to me. We found 1313 by chance. What a find. Yes…it’s going to cost you a couple more dollars but you are in luxury with attention to detail people making sure you are OK every single day. These people are dialed into service. I’m not talking saying hi to you every morning…I’m talking 5 star service that you would experience at an all exclusive Asian hotel. First off….hats off to Nadia for her hospitality making sure everything was ok from arrival onward. We found Chef Emerson in the kitchen every morning. This Chef would challenge any chef at a five star restaurant. Probably the best tasting and presented omelet I have ever had. The guy is going places and I’m hoping the ownership can keep him. I’m hoping ownership gets into serving dinner. A dinner with Chef Emerson would be one to remember! Lastly, hats off to Clinton for making sure we were satisfied every step of the way. You not only know the hospitality world….I think you may have wrote the book. We will be back and I urge anyone to consider this charm.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the speakeasy downstairs. It’s a hidden gem that offers a cozy and unique atmosphere, perfect for unwinding with a cocktail after a long day in the city. The beds at 1313 West are incredibly comfortable. My mom, who usually has trouble sleeping away from home, slept like a baby. The bedding is plush, and the rooms are designed to provide the utmost relaxation. Overall, 1313 West exceeded all our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. We can’t wait to return!

I stayed at 134 Prince a few years ago, and I was excited to find an opportunity to try out this new property, 1313 West. The location was excellent, and very close to where I was visiting. My experience at the new property was equally enjoyable to my previous stay at 134 Prince. This time around I knew what to expect for the guest experience and I was not disappointed. The room was super cozy and the bathroom layout was my favorite (very spacious). It was a pleasure to meet the host Nadiia, she’s a pro. My visit was relaxing and peaceful and exceeded my expectations, I hope to visit again in the future.
