Always a great time. Good crowd, Fun responsive interactive band. Lots of dedicated dancers. Fun to watch. Wednesday steak night. $10 band charge. Bring your meat to put on the grill. All the fixings for your grill fare right there. Bake potato, butter, sour cream, cheese, salad and dressing. ALL included. What's not to like!! Drinks; wine and beer around $5-6. Mixed drinks, more. Open @6 pm Wednesdays. Band starts @ 7pm.
A very fun spot for country music lovers! They bring in great bands, have a great stage and dance floor, an outdoor environment that’s very comfortable (especially after the sun sets) and attracts a fun mature crowd of cowboys and cowgirls. We walked from the hotel, or you could ride your horse in. We were there on a Wednesday night when you can bring your own steaks (or whatever) and cook them up over a hardwood fire. For a small cover charge you’ll get a perfectly baked potato and a simple salad on a paper plate and plastic utensils (a pocket or buck knife comes in handy) and you can cook and eat whenever you like. Folks brought coolers of their favorite foods and picnicked with big smiles. Most crowded around the fire when it was very hot for a nice char, or wait until the fire settles and cook yours more slowly. Drinks are reasonably priced and quick at the bar - no table service. I don’t know about other nights of the week, can’t imagine it’s much more than country simple, but Wednesday is BYO food - this place isn’t about the food. There was scant staff and they worked hard, the band was GREAT and the guests very happy. I’d do it again in a heartbeat!
Always love this place always a great time. First night of serving food with QR codes, our order was perfect. Bar service at back was a little less attentive than usual. But otherwise another great night.
Wow, what a great place to visit! We stopped in on steak night. The cost was $8 a person to use their grill, plus a baked potato and salad. The potato was really good! The grills were very hot and cooked our steak perfectly. The music was also good, it was a great night for us.
This place is the best bar! Can’t say enough the fun we had at this place - so much so, that it required additional trips back to it. Atmosphere is 10/10, really cool casual and laid back place with great live music - don’t miss out!! Get your boots on and get on down to this place!!
This is the biggest little honky tonk in Texas! Outdoor seating and dancing under the beautiful Texas skies. Beautiful oak trees sparkle with twinkling lights as the sounds of country music fills the air. I’ve heard rising stars and classic greats from Diamond Rio, Mark Chestnut, Johnny Lee, Neil McCoy, and looking forward to seeing Lorrie Morgan in a few weeks, and many more to come! The Beer is cold, the Margaritas are dangerous, Steak night is BYOS, and the people are friendly and welcoming! A small town feel with a sophisticated flair…worth the drive every time!
Would have been 5 stars but the unpleasant woman at the door almost made us turn around and leave without going in. Sorry but for first time attendees at the steak night she sure could have been more pleasant. You bring you own steak and cook it; they provide a nice plate of baked potato and salad. The band was great and we really enjoyed dancing after finishing our steaks. We highly recommend stopping by. I just hope they can do something about the door witch (or it's rhyming equivalent)
Love this place! We were in town for the Thunder in the Hills Motorcycle Rally. They have really changed the place. its been probably 5 yrs since we've been here and they have really expanded the back. Kim Carson Band was playing, really good!

I love this bar. Wednesday night jam sessions are amazing. I'd say it's the best dive bar in Bandera. Live music. Food trucks. Super cold beer and laid back vibes.
This SNA one of my favorite areas for walking the trails. Spectacular panoramic views from the loop at the top of the west peak overlook trail. We also enjoy the spring branch and wilderness trails and the trails in the lowlands area (bar-o, prarie

We stayed for a short weekend and everything was amazing. With the river being low at the moment it was nice to hike the riverbed. The set up was great. A nice secluded place with great views. I canât say enough about the owners, Carole Ann and Lyn

It's been a minute since we've been able to eat here. We always try to go on the wrong days. My Mexican plate was delicious. It was like I would eat at "home", growing up. Our waitress was amazing as well!! Did you know it really is from the Old Sp
Great quiet place with some outstanding food. I ordered the classic enchiladas. They had a good flavor and came out quick, but I may have ordered too quickly because the fajitas coming out of the kitchen smelled wonderful. May be next time. I esp
