11-E Motel - Motel in Johnson City - 3500 W Market St, USA

My family is homeless. We came here because it was cheap. The room is very run down and filthy. Has roaches everywhere and bed bugs. Since I have children, one who is mentally disabled, staying here with me I believe they have made me a target. On the 3rd night staying here they started harassing us. They called the cops due to my son having an autistic meltdown and I was trying to get him to go to sleep. Then the front desk clerk woke us up out of deep sleep saying another disturbance was occurring. So all in all DO NOT stay here if you have disabilities and children. They will make up lies and cause problems to get you gone after you spent a weekly amount on a room.

Right when I walked into the building to get checked in the employee checking me in was highly rude and disrespectful. I had to wait 15 minutes for her to check me in. She said she was busy but she was literally sitting there own her phone. As soon as I got. Checked in I went to my room walked in sat my bags down and noticed a rat across the bed from me I immediately jump on the bed and call the customer service they come rushing down and grab the rat like there was no tomorrow. I got chills bc this place I stayed there for one night bc I didn't pay 68 dollars for no reason.

This place is so nasty you are better off sleeping in your car at least you know you will not get ate up by bed bugs or catch something. This place must be where the local meth dealers stay.

This is the literal definition of a roach motel. They are very nice people and they let me look at the room before I decided to stay. As soon as I open the door and turned on the light they all started flying and crawling around. The room is very small, the building is nice but it's old and definitely in need of a lot of work. Considering the amount of cockroaches in that place would be better to just burn it down and start over.

The room wasn't clean at all the shower was like prison style were you needed shower shoes. The room I got was right next to the office. The cops showed up twice but mainly it was the cockroach infested nasty room. It was easy to tell it hadn't been cleaned in a while.

I am gonna be straight up honest about this place..My fiancé and I were very happy to not see any bugs of any kind.. BUT, the towels were nasty looking, they were stained and had holes in them.. Wash clothes were towels ripped into smaller pieces. The room wasn't as clean as it should be. The 'free wifi' is a joke.. It was there but never got over 1 bar and if you connected it was without internet.. But no bugs!?!

The room was too small. Not enough electrical outlets,leaking sink,fridge half worked,and wet towels to shower with.Sure definitely isn't one of my favorite places to be!! Doesn't honor prices online as advertised either!!! Needs a lot of help with remodeling,repairs,and customer service!!!

Having all kinds of problems he says the place is falling apart water not working properly paid on line got to the location p from Bristol only to find out he had no nothing available and said he would reimburse us... Snow amount 50 bucks and have no where to stay tonight...I swear!
