We had a wonderful time at this venue. Our wedding was in March of 2017 and it was great. The wedding hall was big and spacious. The upstairs area where we had our reception was beautifully lit at night. Their venue had everything we needed such as a florist, DJ, catering, and made our cake. The staff was very friendly and everyone said it was the best wedding ever. We also got a great discount for booking off season.
As a professional DJ I will tell you that the customer service is amazing it's a Event Center that puts customers first highly recommended.
We had the pleasure of holding our daughter's wedding at 105 Worth in January 2021. What a GREAT venue for a party. The 3 unique floors offered us a variety of options. We held the rehearsal dinner on the ground level, ceremony on street level and reception on top level. Paul and Everon were wonderful to work with. They scheduled us early arrival and took the pressure off of the decorating detail work that is needed for a wedding ceremony. We allowed them to cater the rehearsal and reception dinner as well. Our guests were complimentary of the service and quality of food served. As a host, that's what your are most concerned about. The neighboring court house made for great wedding photos as well. Your photographer will be able to capture great pics of your event with the natural beauty of the venue. We highly recommend 105 Worth Event Centre to any family and bride who wants to create a memorable experience for your family and guests.
Attended a birthday party here. I have no idea how anyone could have a wedding reception here due to how small the room was. It's okay if you don't mind walls made out of white center blocks. There was a nice bar, but there was only room for 3 or 4 tables. Something Different catering was tasteless. Pretty stringed lights was about all they had going for them.
Paul and Everen were the best guys ever to work with!! They literally exceeded every expectation and dream l had of my wedding day! I probably called Paul 1938284 times and he was so nice every single time!! The venue is so nice and immaculate. It was literally my dream day! I cannot day enough nice things about these two men and should you book this venue you will NOT be disappointed!! Thanks guys! ❤️
My wedding was cancelled 59 days before it was scheduled to be held at this venue. I called to make final payments and told they were no longer holding events. We were told the venue had JUST (within the last 24 hours) made the decision to close due to the pandemic, but now upon looking at other reviews, my suspicion of this not being accurate has been confirmed. Not only have we not received our refund that was promised a month ago, they have been unprofessional and unapologetic about how this was handled. We were blamed for not staying in touch with them as to why they did not reach out. We have lost not only what we believed to be our perfect space, but thousands of dollars in other deposits and money spent with other vendors that would not refund our money due to it being less than 60 days before our event. This has caused incredible amounts of stress and frustration. I hope this venue does not do this to anyone else.
Just got married yesterday at 105 Worth highly suggest the venue, Paul and Evren were top notch throughout our wedding. They were on point with everything from the start. We where treated like family, anything Paul could do his was right there for us. Great staff!
The venue is okay. Parking is terrible, from what i saw.. could be better but I wouldn’t know because my scheduled appointment of 1:00pm was a no show. Me and my fiancé arrived, when we walked in, a baby shower was being held in the room downstairs and upstairs were three people, none of which was a manager/owner. Frustrated, we walked outside and I called them. No answer and i had to leave a voicemail. Only an HOUR after I left my voicemail, did a man return my call apologizing. Unfortunately, by this time I was on my way home. Coming from Winston salem, an hour away, this was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of gas. We will not even bother returning to this venue, it’s marked off our list. Do better.
