Oh. My. Gosh. I’m telling you this is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been in. First of all, the food is outrageously amazing!! Delicious, fresh, healthy, hearty, perfectly spicy and flavorful, just wow. The portions are perfect, and they are presented with love and an eye for detail. There are options for vegans, vegetarians, omnjomnivores and even a poor gluten and dairy free soul like me. Secondly, it’s a super pretty, comfy, cozy, curated and spotlessly clean place. Such a beautiful atmosphere with beautiful art on the walls, healthy and happy plants, tables with silverware drawers!? It’s so gorgeous in here!! And then last but not least: the staff is fantastic! Lovely humans, who do their work with grace and pride. I cannot recommend 1000 figs enough.

Chicken was super moist and flavorful. Focaccia was great as well as the salad and the lentil soup service was also very friendly. And the price is really affordable. You should go. Now.

I absolutely love this place. Very fairly priced and atmosphere was really good. 100% perfect for a casual lunch or even a dinner date because u can sit at swirl wine next door and they will send the food over. Their hummus is probably better than Saba’s or Shaya’s (although they don’t serve pita, their focaccia-like bread was equally phenomenal)

One of the best values in NOLA for healthy, nourishing food. The two of us got the falafel and chicken platters and shared. So much great food! Super balanced and fresh flavors!

What a beautiful little restaurant! We had the falafel platter and the chicken sandwich, both were delicious. You can tell that a lot of thought and quality goes into their food. It’s hard to find healthy, flavorful and reasonably priced but this place really has it all.

Mon conjoint et moi, sommes allés à ce resto parce qu''il.était bien coté. Pas du tout habitués à ce type de nourriture, nous avons trouvé le menu un peu restreint et avons failli quitter car on ne comprenait pas le menu. J'ai finalement posé des questions aux clients à côté et avons pris une assiette falafel et une assiette poulet épicé. On a VRAIMENT aimé ca! En plus, à un très bon prix. Une belle découverte. Le serveur était aussi très gentil. Quand il a offert à mon conjoint de lui apporter un autre pain, je lui ai dit qu'il pourrait plutôt prendre le mien car je ne pouvais pas manger de pain avec gluten. Il m'a alors offert de m'apporter des crudités pour remplacer le pain. Wow!

The food is very reliably good. But if you order takeout-check it before you leave, and if you order delivery, don't bother to expect requests to be honored. Want your salad and hummus to not be mixed together in same container? Too bad! Paid for an extra sauce that doesn't come with the platter? You might get it, but you won't get the ones that DO come with the platter! Don't want garlic sauce, and asked nicely for it to be held? Too bad, scoop it off your food yourself! Ordered and paid for an extra pan bread? Whoops! And takeout is always cold, like refrigerator cold, even if you pick it up or get delivery and you live a mile away. Tasty food though-but this last takeout disappointment is the last disappointment for me.

Get the falafel plate and add the brussels! I had a great time here, no frills but still very accommodating. Cute quirks and a calm/clean atmosphere. We arrived around 11am to an almost empty dining room but it was packed by noon, there's limited seating so get in early. I was more than satisfied with my meal, but I thought the hummus recipe could use tweaking. GO HERE, especially if you need something fresh after fried foods and drinking! -Love via Detroit
