Moved in yesterday and I love it already! I downsized from a house to an apartment, and it wasn’t an easy process on my end but the staff made my move-in simple and easy! Jason was my go-to contact and he was amazing. I’m excited to start my new journey here.

Your staff at 100 Inverness is amazing they were able to accommodate me with all my requests Johnny on the spot. I would like to thank John Eric Tara Jason and Josette for their friendliness professionalism and willing to work right away and find me a place to call home they are truly wonderful staff. By the way John Eric went above and beyond and deserves a raise.

The people in the leasing office seemed nice at first, but don't let them fool you. They are thieves. Let them run your credit, but don't give them an administrative fee until after you are accepted even if they tempt you with a reduced fee. They will simply pocket the money and say they "worked your account," which is a lie. When you try and confront them about it, they will not return your calls. So I went up there to have a chat, and the woman I talked to was BEYOND SMUG. Just a friendly warning. To the reply. That's why it was optional when we applied? We were going to wait until approved, but then they made the reduced amount offer. In retrospect I see why now.

This team has blown us away with their kindness and professionalism. From the moment I first spoke on the phone with Tara, I knew this was the place for us. When we came in and worked with John Erik on finding the perfect layout for us and our dogs, we were so impressed with his customer service. They seriously bent over backwards to help us, they truly treat you like family. I have never met a property manager more dedicated to the happiness of her residents than Josette. You would be doing yourself a disservice by living in any other community. They have amazing townhome, townhouse style units as well as apartments. The pools and tennis court are great and the lake the property wraps around is beautiful. Spacious units and newly renovated features.
