It is not about refunding the money. Changed or upgraded or providing eatable foods in the future is realistic thing. Instead of refunding that day if you provide me a replacement with good food quality it would be great step of apology.

Quality of food is not good, ordered chicken and they used to serve a old chicken with lot of blood stains not cleaned properly and a the meat Was also not fresh , totally disappointed

During kick start the service was good although the price range was higher, but as the time flies by, the price ranges are flying like rocket and the quality and quantity also reduced.
Its understandable when you deliver food with some brand, quality and quantity its slightly costlier than the other normal substandard hotels in the town, but we purchased some food today with missing brand, quantity also raised price about 30% suddenly.
we used get food with their branded package, more quantity with good quality, but now we can't see anything of that but the price is hiked to mountain.
Tiny place but excellent ambience, food taste is good as well. Hospitality is awesome.
