Nice ambience and service. Food was good but bit spicy. I would suggest to take concern from the guest on spicy, which will help. Otherwise enjoyed with freinds every minute of stay.

Just in the outskirts of City. Have lots of activities for kids, like indoor games, obstacle course, swimming pool, cycling ( unfortunately only two cycles are available). Restaurant is also decent. Family rooms are available. Food is good. Rates are reasonable. Nice big parking lot.
Very spacious estate. Full of mango and chiku trees. It was April and all the trees were full of fruits. Two cycles are available for kids. A decent swimming pool hourly chargeable basis available. Indoor games are also charged on an hourly basis per person. Kids will enjoy the outdoor obstacle course. They also have some pet rabbits and dogs, which again will be entertaining for kids. Restaurant had family rooms and outside servicing. Food rates are reasonable was good. Staff know how to take care of the guests. Ample parking lot for a good family get together function. This is a must stay/see place in kalaburagi.
I and my family including my 4 years old daughter just love the ambience, the greenery, the freshness and relaxing feel of the entire compound. The food and hospitality are always very nice. We always feel like coming back. Sharat Das, Vijay, Rana and all other hospitality staff are welcoming and warm. A must visit. Highly recommended
