The Zumba hour is the best hour of my day. They make the zumba hour very energetic and fun! They had great choreography and kept everyone motivated throughout the entire session. Their instructions are clear and easy to follow, making the experience enjoyable for participants of all fitness levels.

I was looking for a good zumba class with a good workout and a cordial environment, and guess what? I found it. Yes ZUMBA WITH MAHek is really an amazing place to loose weight and having a fun. Before joining I was totally scared because whenever it comes to workout i get scared as its not my cup of tea and even I'm not a good dancer , but let me tell you all, she made it very easy for me and all of us, It actually feels like I'm going for a dance class rather than zumba. Everyday we get to learn different steps and yes also she gives us different task which we all enjoy. Seriously speaking, I've got a perfect instructor, she has got awesome moves that are structured to help burn fat & music and our class is supportive & full of crazy fun ladies. You dance for an hour and it feels like you've worked out for hoursss it actually depends on the instructor on how intense the class is. Honestly its the instructor who is fully energetic and coz of her we enjoy every step and every task of zumba even though its difficult. For me the best day..,.

This place is a stress buster. Personally i love the vibe they create to motivate us. Also i love the instructors(Khushboo & Mehek) here They are helpful, calm & such a darling person Workout is no more a burden for me..
