Had a very bad experience at Zukti store at Pheonix market city. Even though they have good collection, there is no credibility in the way they sell gold. Firstly, they mention MRP for each ring and then they increase the price drastically in case we need to purchase the ring in different size. The price changes from 16k to 28k !! There is no gold store that increases the price in this range just for changing the size of the ring. Also , a customer shouldn't purchase an item beyond MRP. I bought a ring of my size for 16k from the same store and now when I went to buy another ring of same range, they have a different scheme to take money and increasing the price crazily. Very bad experience!!
The collection are so good people can visit and taking care for the customer is so professional. I liked their service how well they attend to the customers. The store manger good on taking care of everything.
