ZUICCH SALON -SPA -BRIDAL- STUDIO - Beauty Parlour in Dombivli - Thane, India

This review is for the so-called director of the salon. I went for a haircut and hair spa as my budget was low. He personally gave me a discount of Rs400 which I thought was so nice. He then proceded to cut my hair opposite of what i told him to do. I entered with shoulder length hair and instead of trimming a few inches he gave me a literal boycut which I told I didn't want. And it gets worse - he said the hair spa includes hair, neck, shoulder and back massage which I found odd. During the massage, it felt too inappropriate as he was literally going till my butt and he was trying to touch himself all over me which was very scary. In the middle of the massage he went out and then i heard female staff leaving for the day at 8:40 pm even though the salon closes at 9 pm which was even scarier. After the harassing massage and the worst haircut the steam was done and it was already past 9:20 pm. I was leaving when he asked me to give them a review which I said I will do later but he insisted i do it there itself so I gave it 5 stars because I didn't know what to do as he wasn't letting me go. He insisted that I give a detailed review to which i again said my battery is low and he said he'll give me a charger. Like why to beg for reviews? When you have given such a terrible and scary experience. I literally had a breakdown the moment i left because first the haircut was so so ugly and then the inappropriate touching. NEVER gonna visit here again and if y'all are going please avoid the service from the salon director. I'm one for the regular visitors of this place and it never disappoints, I have had amazing hair spa and hair cuts here, I have got my facial and DTan done by Vicky and the results are so good, along with that i had got a very calming and relaxing massage, which is a must try. Staff is very cooperative, products that they use are authentic and the eminence is the cherry on top. Overall it's a must try experience.

Did a hair cut with spa here. Did try spa for the first time n I loved it. It was an amazing experience. Zuicch really gives u that relaxing vibe. It's ambiance is really good. Massage was really good by Vic n he gives detailed explanation as to what is being done to your hair n skin. Must experience. Whatever u r spending here, it's worth it!!!

It's was an amazing experience, had been to Zuicch Salon - Dombivali East Branch for facial and waxing. Facial massage was too relaxing, waxing and other services also were also good. Overall my experience with Zuicch Salon has been good, they make me fell comfortable every time I visit. Also they have a variety of services to choose as per my budget.

It was my first time experiencing a hair spa and a face clean up with the therapist, Vic. He was patient enough to walk me through the entire process. Had a relaxing and wonderful experience at Zuicch. Looking forward to more such relaxing sessions :) Highly recommend this place in Dombivli

1st of the staff is really nice&kind....all the girls were helpful thought..also they provide best advices...Creative Director Vic is very expressive which I like the most..even hair hair dressing is the best..facil& spa facility is at it's peak..Thank you Zuicch salon..had a great time& will also recommend others

So this was my first visit and I was not expecting it to be this good.....one of the best salon experience I had...... First of all when you visit this place please b patient...every good things take time so b patient....and you will get great results.....rather wonderful results...... I did hair cut and global highlights for me....so this was done by Vic who is the head/owner and must say did his job beautifully.......he explained each and every details professionally and patiently..... ......I really love my new look......also the staff their is too good.....I know all there names by now..pooja is good and fast and does stuff with styling.....poonam also was efficient one....she did my hair wash and with so much care and ease...shraddha is the bubbly one.....even she does her job nicely and always ready to help every1..and Tolowi is toooo goood the way she did styling and did all kinds of treatment to each and every customer in front of me was really goood...so impressed with her....she also did hair setup and styling for me....toooo good...m really happy.....I was there for almost 3 to 4 hrs bt trust me overall experience and my new look is too good. I'm in love with my look... Would like to thank each one of the team members and again big thanks to VIC who patiently took care of my hair and did an awesome job......Highly recommended.......do visit once.....
