I had a great experience from zudio perinthalmanna in Marketcity mall. Wide variety of collections.

I had an good experience at ZUDIO.The selection of dresses was impressive, catering to a wide range of styles. The lack of sufficient checkout counters or staff to manage the queues was the only glaring issue.

Very nice experience to visit & shop at our own comfort. We can like, try & buy different clothes. It encourages eco-friendly sales & procedures.

A big showroom with a very large collection of trendy clothes. The pungent smell of plastic shoes filling the shop is unbearable.

Me and my friend faced a very bad customer service from the employees in zudio at perinthalmanna..They were really rude to us..Ask them to be polite to the customers...They should tell everything in a polite manner instead of being rude to the customers..Hope you will take this into consideration..

Twice i had complained to the floor manager still the same old story. if this is repeated i will post on social media platforms. In the ladies trial room there are always male zudio staff hanging around which i personally feel bad taking my wife and daughters inside your store. Once one of the staff was having a mobile phone operating inside the ladied trial room. My wife complained and i caught him but didn't make it a issue. But informed the store manager. Second time this happened, if it happens again, i will file a complaint to the concerned authority. These kind of practice will give bad remarks to the store, your brand Zudio as well as the Mall. We also go to Reliance stores, Max etc but never had such bad experience. The store manager replied they don't have ladies staff after 6pm which is not the proble of customers. Its the stores problem which you have to sort out.
