I went to the store yesterday and it was 8:50 at night. I quickly picked up some clothes and headed towards the trial room at exactly 8:59. It was 9 pm and the service person did not allow us to enter the trial room. I have seen this behavior of a store owner for the first time in my life. In all the famous shops if you are in the shop you are allowed to test and proceed. Why did you allow the customer to enter the store? This is bad customer service. You should close the door ahead of time because if the customer enters he will definitely try to buy. How can you guys be so rude that you don't let the customer try the clothes after he comes inside the showroom? Even the store manager and department manager did not provide any support. I have never seen such behavior with customers, the way of talking was also not proper. I did not expect this from Judio showroom. I am very sad off' all Judio staff.
It's a nice shop. It has reasonable cost for the products with all the latest variety of clothes for all ages of family members. I would highly recommend all to visit and take the experience of shopping in Zudio.

This branch has lost it's charm. Men's section was filled with different shades of cream coloured clothes which was very disappointing. There is no baggage counter so you have carry it while shopping. There customer service is also very poor
For shopping best place to buy on cheap rates specially like moisturizer and perfumes
