Currently for winters - Ground floor & 1st floor are mix for Women & Kids 2nd Floor has clothes for Men Most of the products here range from 150-700 = What their cost should usually be, value for money This place has a Lift too + changing rooms on all 3 floors! Overall, a good place to spend an hour & search for affordable clothing! There are many eating outlets nearby as well, so u can shop & eat, thus making it a complete outing! Worst customer service . Staff is not willing to help to find products and are mistreating with customers. Specially the female staff who snatched the clothes from my hand without even asking in the dressing room where i was waiting for my sister to try her the clothes. Even though i told the associate that the products i'm holding are finalized and i'll be buying them. Still she snatched the clothes and later told me to keep the clothes away as if i'm going to run away with them. Later when i asked her to get me the different size for my sister clothing she told me it's not her job to find the size and she told me to go and find it myself. Zudio should provide their associates training on how to deal with customer along with a brief description on job responsibilities. So, that other customers don't have to deal with such behaviour and feel bad about shopping at zudio

Today At 9 we enter zudio and security guard was there. And when we go upstairs and just watching the stuff . After 12 mins ur employee said that the store has been close . Is this way to treat customers . Even ur security guard didn't stop us on the entrance and ur employees gave us late response Thank you
