They didn't here in kota for business they didn't even belive in the policy " CUSTOMER IS THE KING" we visited twice n every tym the just closed the entry didn't let us to enter for 5min so can u pls tell me is 9 pm is too late for nyt..what abt customer who reached home at 8 pm after job..just see other brands around u they r opened till 9.30-10 at nyt..

Worst staff. Security shouted on my son for moving in and out for couple of times. They came up with a wierd reason of count increases if he moves in and out. I never experienced this kind of treatment any where. Tatas run business with great values but tata employees don't show minimum respect to their customers. Is there any logic on the count increases?

Its a Value for money store.I had a great experience visiting the store, especially Zudio employee Rajendra Charan's Excellent customer service skills served me well.
