One of the worst experience I had. I Went there on the Monday 21/08/2023 to get some casual clothes around the closing time. While I was in the trial room one of the staff come told me it's closing time and the light would go off after ten minutes and I said it fine but as soon as he said that and left the lights was turned off just after 30sec while I was in the trial room. Wasn't expecting this especially because they have both male and female customers. Also even before that the security staff was really rude and customer service was really bad. It seems like that don't know how to treat customers or even don't know how to be friendly or polite. Don't recommend it and even though they have a lots of affordable selection in clothing I don't think I would I EVER go back to this specific branch.

Not to mention the quality of the staff here. They are awesome. Last time I have purchased some stuffs here. It was raining outside and my vehicle is bike so I asked them to wrap one of my dresses in plastic. But they had only paper bags in their hands. But a smart one of them wrapped each dress in another plastic cover on the peak time. I was so happy that he was willing to help me in the middle of the his billing work.

Thank you Anjana for your immense help and service. Handled the situation faced by me with high priority . You are so ethical in your work. Keep going. I missed 2 aparals from the billing due to my carelessness and this was sorted at the very next day by courioring the same with no extra expenses.

Worst experience ever. They gave me a fine copy of the bill and not the original one. So I can't even exchange my product which I took from hilite zudio store.

Very bad experience from the cash counter...billing staffs are ill experienced with arrogant behavior especially a lady with squint....shes commanding the customers...and even doesn't know to insert card to swiping machine... We dont expect such a bad experience from a TATA enterprises...

Crowded all the time. You can find merchandise for a very low cost compared to the nearby stores. They provide good quality products. Can say one of the best budget friendly trend setter in Calicut
