I asked them to decorate a table for a birthday celebration and they have charged 2000 for the celebration and I paid that in advance before our arrival. Then we came and at the time of departure when we asked them if we were paid for the food bill from Zomato Gold as I was getting 25% off from it. But they refused to take the payment from Zomato Gold by saying that we asked them to decorate the table for the birthday celebration but we had already paid them for the decoration in advance. Such a spam better to say scam. Even the food was too salty in taste. I would suggest not to visit here at all.

This place was beautiful. The ambiance, the decor everything was on point. Would love to go again. The service was good and quick. Food was delicious. Hookah is available at a good rate. Overall a great experience.

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with dim lighting and soft music playing in the background. The menu had a great variety of options, from classic dishes to more unique and creative ones.The service was also excellent, with our server being attentive and friendly throughout the meal. Overall, I highly recommend The zucca for a delicious and enjoyable dining experience.

The ambience of this place is really nice. Very lively and very nicely decorated. The music is always playing a little louder than it is required so you either have to keep asking them to lower the volume or shout at the top of your voice to speak to each other. Food - chicken was stale Veg hakka noodles was perfect Olive and mozzarella croquette has potato filing so I didn't get the mozarella taste but nevertheless,it was good to taste. Slightly spicy. Cold coffee was good Mocha was really nice,I personally loved it. Hookah,I feel was a complete waste because it was strong despite asking them to make it light. Quantity wise and keeping in mind the prices it was absolutely okay. Service - was okay because they hardly bothered if anyone needed anything probably because they were tired as it was almost 8-9pm I can come back for the food ( hoping they improvise ) and for the vibe someday later again.

Lovely ambience with good music but the waiting time is too long after placing order. We had ordered Tandoori Non Veg Platter chicken mozzarella Olivetti Fantasy of Lychee Oreo Poppers The tandoori platter was good except the mutton kebabs, they were stale, chicken mozzarella Olivetti didn't taste good, Oreo shake tasted good.

It is one of the prettiest rooftop cafe and lounge in South Kolkata. They provide both Indoor and outdoor rooftop seating arrangements. The Indoor seating is well decorated with a furnished interior and have big billiard which will definitely made your mood cheerful. The rooftop ambience is well decorated and the outside greenery made this place much more beautiful. Now let's come to the food :- From refreshing Moctails to lip-smacking shakes each and every items were really great. So you can order Cheese cake shake , Chocolate cookies cold coffee , Water melon healthy fruit drink and Spicy Red Bull. They serves varieties of Tandoor , continental and Chinese items. Each and every items are actually good in taste. In Desserts don't forget to have Choco lava cake and Blueberry cheese cake.

I heard a lot about this place , however this place didn't meet my expectations. They have indoor and outdoor area. As i went at noon so wasn't able to experience the outdoor area which was decorated quite well. One can say instagramable. Indoor was not well decorated but okay. Coming to food mocktails tasted good , but their hakka noodle tasted blunt . Cheese potato fry was tasty, and I ordered paneer started which was served late. That's okay. In that hot noon the room wasn't chilled or there ac wasn't working well , no idea. Staffs were well attentive. The only thing which clicked me is they charge service tax upon the total bill. If you visit them try to sit in their outdoor section. Indoor experience wasn't much good.
