Pros : 1. Near to bus stand & railway station (though approach road is steep) 2. Restaurant is available inside property. 3. Nice view from the property. 4. They organize camp fires with music at night. Cons : 1. Rooms are small (though manageable) 2. Food taste & variety can be improved.

In my first solo trip, this was the stay I chose for myself! I had a lot of anxiety with the thought of staying alone, and let me tell you, these people will make you feel so comfortable! Plus you get to be friends with such great individuals! My heart feels full. Thank you zostel, would choose you everywhere I go!

We stayed in Silent Valley, private room, in Zostel and found it value for money. The staff is extremely courteous, helpful and efficient. The Canteen/Cafe is good enough for all meals with again a very nice kitchen staff. The items in the canteen are priced very reasonably and the food is fairly nice. The private room is well equipped with all basic necessities with a sizeable attached bath.

Stayed here for 2 days. The location is really wonderful and beautiful. They are maintaining the hygiene perfectly and the food here is really tasty. The best thing is their location and talented chef who made home cooked food. You should definitely explore this and think of staying here.

Hi All, I have travel with my wife. Overall experience was awesome. Rooms were neat n clear. We had fun here because in normal we just stay in room but here people were interactive and lot of fun. Nice place to stay married couple as well.

Really Loved my stay at Zostel Ooty. The property is beautiful and very accessible from railway station and bus stand. The staff here is amazing and supportive especially the manager. Rooms were clean & beautiful and cherry on top was the amazing food that they serve. Highly recommended.

The location is pretty good. It's just a 1km walk from the bus stand. The railway station is also at a walkable distance. But though 1 km, as the roads are steep, it will take you about 20 minutes to reach the location by walk. The auto charge from the bus stand is Rs. 70-100. Service is nice. Cleaning and maintenance also happens regularly. Food- breakfast options and the taste was good. The parathas and stuffed omelette were good. The beverages are below average. Didn't taste good and was a little watery...the coffee, hot chocolate, tea, etc. Rooms are neat. Not well-lit. But you have flexible personal lamps and charging points near your bed. Bathrooms are usually not attached. Had to go outside the building to use the facilities. But it's maintained neatly.
