My stay at Burwa is pretty good .. staff guys are very nice they will serve what ever you want with out say no ...food is also good .. if you provided room heater in common bed area is good for that cool climate conditions.
Zostel, in my experience, offers a mixed bag when it comes to food. While some dishes are quite tasty and satisfying, others leave much to be desired. The variety on the menu is commendable, catering to different preferences and dietary needs. However, the consistency in quality seems to be an issue. Some meals stand out for their flavors and presentation, making dining at Zostel a pleasant experience.
Had a great stay, albeit for a night alone. The experience was much better than what we had expected. Super value for money, could work on the minutes of acoustics, with the rooms and balconies being adjacent, it's never really quiet. Having said that, the Zostel spirit makes up for it :)
My stay at Zostel Burwa as FEMALE TRAVELER was marred by security concerns, poor cleanliness standards, inadequate lighting, and unresponsive staff. Taking these factors into account, I urge potential guests, especially FEMALE travelers, to consider other accommodations that prioritize safety and offer a more pleasant experience. Mostly FAKE REVIEW from staff itself.
Wonderful place to stay. Cordial staff. Most importantly the food there is healthy and tasty. The Attic Room was a perfect stay. For early arrivers, you will have a perfect common room to spend time and take rest. Don't forget to meet Bear!
All things are the best about zostel ... if you are looking a hotel in manali then I would like to say.. plz don't look just book zostel .... I spent 2 nights here with my frnds ... it's was a great experience food was very very tasty...
The property is really good and extremely clean and well managed. Super easy to reach by car or two wheeler. Tasty food. The management is super sweet :) also, walking distance if you want to go sit by the river
Not safe for girls. The staff was very creepy and rude. I do not recommend this place. The place was very dirty and had unhygienic washrooms. When I saw the zostel situation and asked for cancellation they denied and did not refund. Very unprofessional!!!
