The staff were kind and helpful, they let us keep our luggage there even after the check out time. Indeed a very convenient stay for travellers who don't intend to stay indoors for long.

Located in the heart of old "Pink" Jaipur, Zostel Jaipur is the best place for solo and bachelor travellers and visitors. WFH travellers will not be disappointed as well. It had clean rooms and toilets and provided all the basic necessities! The crowd you get to know in the common room and through the visits organized by the Zostel will be the cherry on the top of your visit to the world renowned Pink City.

It was my first trip to Jaipur, and I had the most amazing time here in this hostel. The guys were so sweet, they even celebrated my birthday and naked it really really special. This is something I would carry in my memories, for the rest of my life A special shout out to the manager, Mr. Khan, who organised my birthday celebration and took special care of me

Unkind staff, long-staying guests not welcome I recently stayed at this hostel for a few weeks, and I was very disappointed with the treatment I received from the staff. They were not friendly or helpful at all, and they made me feel like I was not welcome. One day, I was sitting in the common room when a member of staff came up to me and said that I should not come again just because I was a long-staying guest. This was very upsetting to me, and I felt humiliated. I understand that long-staying guests can be a challenge for hostels, but there is no excuse for such unkind treatment. If the staff had a problem with me staying for a long time, they could have said it in a more polite way. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone, especially long-staying guests. I have not mentioned the name of the staff member in this review, but I hope that the hostel management will take my feedback seriously and investigate this matter. This kind of behavior should not happen to anyone else.

I loved the location as its near to hawa mahal city palace etc and the common area, uff it has my heart. The service was good and they have common kitchen area. I would suggest that if each bunker has curtains and seperate little fan it would be great as personally I cant sleep without fan even when its cold.

I had a very good experience here. The beds were clean and tidy. The room was clean as well. There is a kitchen where in you can make your own food. Food is available to order as well. If you don't want to do any of that , there are various resturants, eateries and cafes walkable from zostel. The guys at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. Any query can be asked and they are quick to help out. The place is safe as well.

It was the best experience i have ever had.more than jaipur, i was enjoying inside zostel.i went all alone but as a girl never felt unsafe and alone. It made me go for more solo trips. The staff was the best part. Rooms were so clean and well maintained.honestly guys the location is s good that you can roam around there and youll cover almost 90 percent of that city. Do prefer take my words, youll never regret.

I didn't know what to expect, after seeing the exterior entrance photo. However, I had the best stay and I would return! The location is very convenient and walkable for City Palace, Hawa Mahal, and the bazaar/market. There are several good food options, budget and upscale. There is a tuk tuk driver Anwar who drives for group tours and also is waiting outside most of the day. We hired him to drive us for 8 hours. The staff is very nice. I liked the filtered water coolers and the kitchen for cutting the fruit I bought at the market. The AC worked well and helped block some noise, though I'm glad for my eye mask and earplugs. Cars honk throughout the night. Shower water heater worked but hot water ran out quick, but it was enough for a decent shower. The private room was much nicer than I expected. The group tour arranged by Jerry was fun. Though we could not try the street food gol gatta because it was not made with filtered water. I wish the staff could provide restaurant recommendations for those who require filtered water/ hygienic requirements. The rest of the hostel appeared to be domestic tourists used to the local water. We ate at Hawk View several times, a hotel 5 minutes walk with no problems.
