Worst ever app. They charge 50% + additional charges upon cancellation after just 5 mins of booking because they showed the pickup location before booking as 2 kms but after booking it showed the actual address to be 22 kms! Totally their mistake but they gulped down over 10k in the name of cancellation charges and repeatedly hiding behind their stupid policies. Never book Zoomcar, use Revv instead.

Pathetic service!!!!! They don't even have proper employees in there organization. Mr.Jaya Surya and Mr Ram are in a position of fleet managers, who are not in a position to resolve obstacle's. I had booked an Ertiga vehicle for pickup in Coimbatore airport, the previous day while I was travelling I received a message mentioning that the vehicle is cancelled. On getting in line with customer care they told they'll resolve it by replacing the vehicle. Being specific that I need a 7 seater vehicle they put me with a Maruti Dzire. The following morning just on arriving coimbatore I notice that it was rebooked to the same Ertiga. On trying to locate the vehicle in the airport and contacting the respected person he pushed few other number for me to contact, which lead me no where as it was early morning when we landed coimbatore. On getting on call with the fleet managers they assured that they'll resolve it by providing me a Bolero which I had to pick up few kms away the airport. On agreeing upon this and waiting for the location I noticed that the booking of my vehicle on the app has been cancelled and applied for refund. On which I never agreed for cancellation and after repeated contacting to the customer care they mentioned it was a suspicious booking!!!!!!!! On what grounds???, they mentioned that it was noted that I had returned the vehicle previous time with a late drop off!!! This was the very 1st time I used zoomcars and they tell me about previous booking being suspicious. Does Zoomcar even have proper records????? Do they even speak valid points.???? Shameful way of treating customers.

Zoomcar has the most unreliable customer service. I booked a car 4 days in advance. They canceled my car 3 times and kept asking me to select an alternate car which was an inferior car than my booking and were extremely far from my original choice of pick up. At the end, 20 minutes before the pickup time, they send a whatsapp message saying "your car is not available and we don't have any other cars". They didn't even call me. The automated customer care number took half an hour to connect. The customer service says we don't have anything so all we can do is cancel the booking. They ruined my entire days plan and all they say is ok we will refund. I was also told they have a shortage if cars, so l would suggest booking from other companies like Rev or something.

Pathetic service. No customer support. My booking for cancelled few hours before the pickup time. They assigned me another vehicle ~40 km far from my place. On requesting a nearby vehicle, they charged me 8000rs rescheduling fee. Since then, unable to reach out to them.

Not even deserves one star. My 1st ever experience with zoomcar is waste of time. i have paid for the services . but the car was unavailable when i visited the location for pick. even the return of my fund will be taking 7 days minimum. and finally the trip was cancelled. Thanks for the services

I had booked a trip on December 2020. It's been more than 3 months but the refund amount is still with Zoom car. Since there is no customer care contact number, and nobody responds to the numerous emails I have sent to them, I don't see chances in getting back the money. So please be mindful. Do not go for Zoom car, look for other options or change plan. There are few others who does far better job in rental car business. Eating up customer's deposit money is the last thing someone would do to shutdown the business. I am in shock to learn exactly same experience from many other customer.

Worst service I booked car after payment it shows unavailable cancel that but i not get any refund it is being 4days. No support services is responding. When I track for the initiated refund it is saying no request found for refund. Please don't prefer for zoomcar

I have tried to book self-drive cars , asked to upload license, uploaded getting rejected I have tried 6 times , they keep rejecting , don't have customer number to talk. In the app itself tried to contact, every time bot has replied.
