This is Zoomcar Bagdogra, really helpful staff, and huge car collection, it's very near from Airport

The best Zoomcar office and parking area of Siliguri-Bagdogra area. First and foremost thing is they provide cars with best possible condition. Extremely helpful people and pick up every call whenever it is required. My ride was in the month of October and it was great! Highly recommended!

The place is tucked away in some remote corner and Zoomcar offers no assistance whatsoever for pickup and drop to the airport which is hardly a kilometer or two from the airport, even if you've paid for it. And don't take the Tata Hexa for uphill rides it drives like a truck..

Poor location very bad road and very problematic to go in dark. After drop off there is no scope of finding alternative transportation to get to destination. Zoom needs to do a much better job at this than fleece customers when providing this service.

Very interior place. Google maps shows wrong location. Only one rikshawala is available and he asks fortune price for just 2.5kms..

Very difficult to find the parking lot.... The map takes you near to it and you have to go further and take two bends to reach the actual parking lot.... And mind you, I don't have a drawback facility so take a taxi alone when you are returning.....

This place is way too inside from the highway, people who are going for the first time they will face lot of problem to get into this place. You can do ask the locals for more help

Ok but location is quite away from main road. the link road is too narrow and in very bad condition.
