Returned car with full tank as instructed by Zoomcar. Site only gave me a car with 30% full tank and promised refund for the 70% fuel. It's been over a year and they never refunded anything. Zoomcar customer service doesn't help, guys at the site don't attend calls. Frauds.
The Zoomcar pickup spot is not an actual rental office but a garage. There arent much staff on the property and also the vehicles provided are very old and dirty. The vehicle provided to us also had problems, the steering wheel alignment was not proper. Though we could raise a complaint. The service and vehicle offered for the price we pay is not worth it. I would suggest to take self drive cars from any other place in Coimbatore
Terrible mistake of renting Ford EcoSport from this place. The car looked average, interiors were bit changed. We drove it to kodaikanal and the car broke down while we are driving back to Coimbatore. Upon that their service was really bad.. we wasted so many hours to get our problem addressed. We had to book a cab by our own, missed our flight. Our entire trip was f@#ked up... Worst experience!!!
Stay away. Cars are in bad condition. Staff is not courteous. Look at the car they gave me. It had a recent clutch plate change and had lost the power it should have delivered. Not to mention the prominent dent on the front side.
I reached an hour before my booking time which was a sensible decision as the car was very dirty, so cleaning took about 30 mins and to go through the checklist properly took another 25 mins, the guys at the facility will try to hurry up things and will say everything is in good working condition but it's better to check it beforehand. Car allotted to me was a fantastic Ford ecosports, no issue with the car, smooth ride overall, but i feel there should be no human intervention while taking delivery and while surrendering the car. Thnx to ZoomCar I had a nice experience.
Good and nice Staff. Car was not well cleaned. But when requested, the staff vacuum cleaned inside. Car was of really good condition.Hand off the vehicle was very easy. Overall good experience. Needs improvment on Vehicle Cleanliness Amenities for customers ( Toilet, Seating arrangements, baggage storage etc..)
Place is very large and spacious. But, the way which you drive for that pickup point is too narrow . Except that their service was good
Rental cars at affordable price ,you have your freedom, charged according to time and distance.priced under Two categories with fuel and without fuel. Need to improve location in maps because first cut is dead end leads to backside while using third Street it goes to front side. Check while taking car and any doubts call them they will assist. My experience at zoomcar is the Nexon i took for rent in kuruchi owned by bala very clean and nice ride.
