One of the worst , pathetic services of Zoom car I had, the customer care is hopeless. I have booked the zoom car from Bangalore booked for night 12 AM . Got a confirmation from zoom car with vehicle details. After reaching nagpur with family the app showing "vehicle not available"select alternative vehicle even that also not available. Customer care number not reachable . Fleet assist number switched off there was no help from zoom n even no prior message for any sought of information . I strongly recommend not to rely on zoom car. Either book a local rental service

We had a worst ever experence using your service.. We booked a car through your service in Hyderabad, with a hope of getting the car , travelled 8 kms from Railway station, spending Rs. 800 to take the car, ended up very unprofessional / rude / denial of service from the host, your call center didnt bother to pick the call for more than 3 hours and we with the entire family and luggage, stranded in the road for about 3 hours. If you are ready to loose your pleasant travel experience,please opt for zoom car

Recently I have finished a short pickup and drop service for a day. Vehicle and service seems prompt. But strange billing against their policies. Although I followed time and distance constraints as per the package chosen as well as handed their vehicle in as it was condition rather eligible for fuel refund of Rs. 511 they sent be the bill of showing outstanding amount of Rs. 13277/- (shocking). I have registered complaint through their app. Still waiting for corrected bill and refund.

The condition of the cars were good. Although the rent was on a bit expensive side the ride was great. No problems faced during checking-in and checking out. It was super quick. Also the biggest plus point there are no deposits you have to pay. The staff were helpful throughout the process. Definitely recommend it if you want to rent a car

Terrible experience. I haven't received my refund yet and it's already been 2 months since my zoom car booking. There is no cooperation from their side. Custom care no. doesn't work. Nor do they reply to emails. I visited the nearby office and they promised me to get the refund done in a week's time and that was 10 days ago! And now no one is receiving my calls or updating me on the refund horrible horrible experience! Absolutely not recommended

I was going to book a car for out station trip With my family but after reading all the comments . I had just uninstalled the app . Overall the app reviews scenario clarified that . It would be better if we buy a car and paying loan amount rather than renting it from zoom app .

Worst to deal with people at ZOOM. The team need a lot of training to take care of customers. Ridiculous service.
