Worst experience ever! If only I could give 0 stars. Cleanliness of the car was a joke and the car we booked for our trip from Chennai to Puducherry was not available. They were offering a small car exchange for the price we paid. Called customer service infinite times but they did not help saying that we were past our scheduled pickup time. Staff at site was neither helpful nor cooperative. I along with my senior citizen parents had to wait for almost 8 hours without food or water before we got the car which was in ok condition to pursue our journey which we started from Delhi. I would not recommend it and would never hire rental cars from Zoomcar. HATED IT!

Pretty pricey for the first few bookings, but will seem reasonable after that. Excellent service, for self driven cars. Popular use indicates high quality of service.

Parking garage in kodambakkam high road (chennai motors) was flooded with more than a feet of water with light rain. Ducks are swimming. After 6 it's pitch dark with no lights and no one around.

Scam Alert. Zero organization, they booked us in, refused to cancel our reservation 12 hours before even though the cancellation policy stated 6 hours prior is free cancellation. Then when we arrived they gave our car to someone else! After a while we got a trashy car full of garbage and balloons, which obviously they didn't clean from the previous renters and they asked us to clean it ourselves - so we did paying 700rupees because we were in a hurry. They never refunded our money, neither did they record our rental. Overall, worst experience. Based on the reviews here, I think we should get together and file a class action law suit to shut these people down asap so they don't go around scamming more customers.

Wanted to give zero stars. Please dont book any cars from zoom cars because you will get cheated. I had booked a car and they made me go and pick it up from a very unsafe location. When I reached the particular location, there was no car nor the owner there. I got stuck there for more than 5 hours. There is not even a proper number to call them. I tried emailing them, still no response. When I tried to cancel, they mentioned "trip has already started so we can't cancel". They still haven't given the refund. Please do not get cheated. No.1 fraud company. Try contacting the customer service first and then book.

I booked a car on 8th April 2022 and asked it to be delivered to my home address and it is been delivered to a different place, I tried and reached the car but unable to unlock it from 8 am in the morning till 9:30 i stood infront of the car trying all possible ways and contacting customer support team to assist me with this but the only response from there end is wait for sometime we will reach you back so the same response for almost 1.5 hrs.. so now they ask me to travel 11 kms again to get a different car by paying additional amount for the vehicle. And there won't be any refund provided.. from the zoom car app when I tried to cancel the booking it shows the trip is started This is how car helps the customer in terms of issues.....

Very worst service. Don't trust these people. You will not get proper response and nobody will help you . For everything they are asking to raise the ticket . No direct contact, really frustrating service. For the ticket resolution also they used the common template and you will not find the solution over there. Very very poor service.

Zoom car's merit is that, we can trust on its services..As the responsibility of car in case damaged will be taken up by the company with a nominal rate..But Car rent is high..it can attract more customers, if it works on its rent policy..
