We stayed for a night and the stay was comfortable. The reception even offered a complimentary child bed to accommodate our kid. The room was nicely furnished for its size and had all the basics and also had a mini fridge. Didn't eat there but did see a good spread of buffet for dinner and breakfast. Basement parking had space for 6-8 cars and there is also space outside. Good stay overall.
The room is too small they must think seriously. Chair limited. Uncomfortable in case any guest visits you to meet. No co-operation and kindness from the support staff.I changed my stay at the end of business trip stay to Gokulam park.Paid 1K extra and enjoyed the stay comfortably.
Worst experience ever. Staff is so Ill trained and incompetent to handle customers.Kitchen staff has no basic food items like dal to serve. Reception staff is so lazy and laid back to take half and hr to check out. Printer not working. Think many times before spending your hard earned money on such hotels . Better to pay somewhere it is worth.
Great rooms. Comfortable. I stayed overnight only to catch a flight early in the morning, the rooms were comfortable. It's very near to the airport( approx 2 kms) Overall, I find it good.
We did a family event in zone connect recently. Mr. Ramesh is extremely professional. Good collaboration right from booking till the event completion. Food was excellent and choices of food are plenty. All our friends & families like the food alot. Ambience is very good. Hassle free experience and everything was on time. We thank Zone connect & Team for wonderful support and organization. We strongly recommend.
I went for a training program.. Utilized the town hall 1.. Hall wise, I really liked it. Good ambiance, great acoustic.. Sounding and screening were good.. Food was not so great.. Average taste.. Less Varieties for Non vegetarians.. Service is ok.. Purely reviewed in my views...

Parking- 4 /5 ( no complaints on parking) but it may be small if there is an increase in commuters travelling by car 5. Support staff + reception- 5/5 6 Food 4/5.
