Zone Connect by The Park, Calangute Goa - Hotel in Calangute, Saligao - North Goa, India

They gave us a room upgrade and early check-in which was so nice of them. Breakfast was decent and restaurant staff was careful that all orders are served as expected, sometimes there was 15-20 minutes of waiting time to top up food items and tea if they fall short during crowd. It was hard to find place to sit in restaurant sometimes, so I would expect more sitting space. Overall the rooms were very good and creatively designed, nice balcony to sit and enjoy greenery nearby, and food scenic views from room window overlooking green hills and trees.

Pros : Rooms are beautiful. Spacious and maintained well . Love the blue and white theme . The location is decent .Very close to the main road. Ideal place for families . Service was good as well. Food is a bit highly priced , which I guess is ok as it is a 4 star . Cons : There is no lift at the property . Probably cuz it's just got 2 floors ..

The hotel is very good, everyone is friendly and welcoming.! Room, food , service everything is excellent! Every staff member is friendly & helpful ! Do visit this hotel if you want good and comfortable stay Good luck !

NO NO NO!! Rooms floors are very dirty. Bedsheets are also very dirty. Too many mosquitoes and we all have got mosquitoe bites. I called them for taxi and they hung up my phone many times and did and not help to send hotel taxi near to a beach. I told them but instead of apologizing receptionist denied his mistake. Their restaurant people are very polite and nice but I would not recommend this hotel.

I was going to write a decent review to be nice, but having the people at the check out office almost forcing me to write a review changed my opinion. I would recommend to avoid this hotel : too far from everything, rooms are nice but way too humid, and the service is correct but pressuring you actively to add a 5 stars review, it's not a good practice.

Good hotel with great staffs, nice ambience and good rooms ,staffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially special thanks to Chef Kulbeer,his chicken and fish Currys are awesome and the manager Arvind in dining,he is so good, cooperative and very friendly I recommend people to go for this hotel

Best service, nice rooms , good food. Staff is really polite and they really make sure that you are having a comfortable stay.

We stayed here for 3 days and had a great experience. Here's a brief description of what I felt : Cons : 1. There is no lift at the property. Pros : 1. Placed at a very good location, lot of shops and restaurants around. Also, many bike rentals are in vicinity. 1.5km from Calungute beach 2. Excellent hospitality (solved our issues in minutes). 3. Variety of delicacies in their menu for breakfast. 4. 24x7 in house restaurant. 5. Very hygiene and we'll maintained rooms (which are pretty spacious too) The best part was their check out policy. We had to checkout on Sunday morning, however our departure was scheduled in the evening. The hotel staff made sure our luggage is safely kept with them and provided a place (in their spa) to freshen up and get ready post check out without any hassle or extra cost. Great hospitality!
