My recent stay at Zone by the Park was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was impressed by the warm and modern ambiance. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, which I greatly appreciated. The room I stayed in was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully furnished, with all the amenities I could ask for. The comfortable bed made for a restful night's sleep, and the view from my window was stunning. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel's restaurant offered a delectable range of dishes that catered to various tastes, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I couldn't resist trying a few different items from their menu, and each one was a culinary delight. The location of Zone by the Park was also convenient, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding area and enjoy local attractions. Very Poor service. They don't treat their guest as important to them. They don't carry luggage. For 6 hours electricity power cut in hotel. And my room in 6th floor. They were helpless. No power backup. Horrible experience. For service I will give zero star

Zone by the park hotel Jodhpur has been a great experience. Our rooms were nice and spacious enough. The breakfast and dinner here was amazing too. Plus the service of the staff members was outstanding as well. Very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel was very nice, lots of grass and beautiful lighting. I would definitely recommend you staying here.

Located in quiet surroundings, Zone by The Park Hotel, is easily accessible as it is on the main road. The hotel is neat and well maintained. The staff is courteous helpful and respectful. Lifts work fine but they need to improve their lift maintenance. Food is good . I recommend this place for a pleasant stay.

I didn't have a good experience at this hotel. Though this is a very nice property, obviously this is not a 04 star hotel. Staff behavior is the worst. They do not do anything we ask for. We have asked multiple times for one extra bed which was previously informed before we come, but even when we reached there and asked for aditional bed they just said they were going to provide but nobody came with an extra bed so we (03 people) ended up sleeping at same bed. Also WI FI is a big problem as it simply doesn't work AT ALL inside the rooms, only in the corridor. I work from my laptop, so how was I supposed to work like this? And last but not less important, every day in the morning when I tried to use anything like hair dryer, the light used to switch off and hardly came back on time. The onwer of this hotel should improve many things...

Superb experience .....value for money. Completely sold-out...nicely done rooms , buffet meals are very well prepared and laid out.

Utterly disappointed by this hotel. CHeck in was done very slow. I understand we were a big group, but the staff should have been prepared for our arrival. Lifts were very slow and only 2 of them were working, therefore it took me 10 minutes to go up or down every time I needed to use them. The rooms seemed cheap (and the lights very very badly positioned) THe swimming pool.... The direction to the swimming pool seemed like you were going to an underground parking place which did not make it appetizing at all. And the surprise came when the swimming pool was underneath, in the ceiling you could see all the hotel pipes, and even smell what was being cooked in the kitchen.... Very very unpleasant. My experience unfortunately was not the best.
