I had a Truly amazing stay. I don't know how many stars it is, but I give it 5 stars. Food, rooms, services, flexibility, all were exceptional. And the location is most suitable for personal and professional equally.

I went to attend a wedding with my family. The driver who came to park my car was drunk and was stinging. Starters and mocktails were ok types. Main course was the worst I ever ate in a wedding. It was all old recycled food, which I felt was prepared for some other wedding and was being served as it was not over. Pathetic service, space was inadequate. Poor experience. Worst of all my mom developed food poisoning very next day. God bless the owners and management.

Pretty close to the railway station of Jammu almost 5 mins walk. A premium hotel experience. The in house restaurant bazaar has some nice food tasting experience, seating is ample for a gathering of 50 people or more. The rooms are very nice and clean. Room Service is also pretty quick. A fine hotel experience overall. Cheers

Excellent rooms. Good, central and quiet location. It's a upcoming property. Doesn't have a swimming pool; gym or fitness centre is yet to be ready. Offered modest spread of breakfast.

Visited there for a wedding. Food was so delicious. Decorations were awsm. Spacious , hygienic and kids friendly place.

I am very sorry to say but i am very disappointed by the zone's services yesterday. I stayed in more than 100 hotels around different locations in the world but never felt like this. Yesterday i went to hotel with my Mrs. and during checkout your zoner charged me Rs. 1700 for some general stains on bedsheet. I dont think this is decent. I will not recommend anyone to go there.
