Zone created a beautiful memory for my daughter's 1st birthday party. First commendable action was their approach towards client was very polite, clear and attractive. We celebrated our daughter's first birthday and I am sure the party has created an impression in everyone's mind and heart. The price is nominal based on the type of menu you select and no doubt the food was too good. Service is mind blowing that they are wide awake during the occasion and made sure no one was struggling for anything. They have all contacts for all your needs. Zone will be a one stop solution. Thanks to the entire team !

The staff were not polite and understanding. They didn't allowed check in and refuse to cancel the booking also. They tried doing this intentionally so we will not a get refund from Goibibo as well. This kind of behaviour is not appreciated from a hotel where people come for hospitality and comfort. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Restaurant is too good . Location wise also great . Near to the main road . Ten minutes drive from Pallikarnai. Has a good conference room at the first floor and can accommodate 50 to 60 people . Good service

The maintenance of this hotel is very bad. The switches for room lights are not easily accessible. They don't turn on the lights that you need. Bed was comfortable. Washroom is a safety hazard. Service takes a long time and the staff are not appropriately qualified. The electrician did not know as to how to identify an electrical issue. I fixed it for him as he took over 2 hours. Madhu vada was soggy. Rest of the items in vegetarian spread were good. Not worth even half the amount that they charge.

Have a excellent buffe The hotel SERVERS (RAMYA,KRISHNA,SAAGAR,DHEENA) provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They were knowledgeable about the menu options and provided great recommendations. Their professionalism and promptness in delivering food and drinks to our room was impressive. Overall, the hotel servers exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more enjoyable.t for lunch

The hotel is a business hotel. Location advantage is to railway stations, airport is in the border of the radius. The hotel has an average appeal in comparison to other Zone by the Park brand hotels. Overall, in the range of average to good.

We have conducted and celebrated our daughter Aadhira's first birthday on 20th May 2023 here in ZONE by The Park. Initially we thought it would not meet our requirement since their banquet hall has very limited capacity (100-150) and our expectation would be 200-250. But the zone management really made it well. They gave separate dinning hall in the ground floor and banquet hall in the first floor. We arragned veg buffet and the food they have prepared for us was top class and very tasty. Special thanks to the chief chef Mr.Kiran Sir and his team since he took the responsibility of food and prepared everything as thier own family function. All our friends and family members really liked the food and none of our invitees were told any negative comments about the food. Also i want to thank to the entire management who has given a very good hospitality and other arrangements for our birthday function. Special thanks to Mr.Krishna Sir, Mr.Purushothaman Sir, Mr.Ganeshan Sir, Mr.Chandran Sir and two more brothers (i forgot their names) who were with us till last minute and packed all our gifts and helped to load our luggages and gifts in their cab and also the Driver bro who safely dropped us to our home in late night after our funtion. Without any tension, we were really so happy and our family & frineds also really enjoyed the function. I want to mention one small feedback, its just a feedback only and not a negative comment. Try to allow outside decorators since it will help the people to make a decoration on their own thoughts. Try to include some hot drinks like Tea / Coffee in the welcome drink menu. Reserve the rest rooms near the banquet hall only for the function guests. Please ask to use other rest rooms for the usual hotel visitors during the function.

We had an engagement function today here in Zone Hotel's Townhall which was a fabulous experience. Following are the credits we will give... 1. Fantastic ambience 2.
